We always go this McDonald's when we are in the area as we live out of town. The food is always done right here as we order it a certain way and it's always delicious (as much as fast food can be). The service could be a little better, they do listen to what you have to say, but a lot of times at this location their service is a little slow and almost every time, they have a hard time hearing anything at the speaker, so they may want to look into that.
New renovations look amazing. the order took a little long to get made, but I get it, drive through priority.

Love getting told to wait at the drive thru for a couple minutes, just for another person to drive up on the other side, get their entire order taken, while I'm still waiting there like a moron. 2nd time this has happened.

WARNING. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Duh. It was later in the evening and I was with two children. We all just wanted to take our order home. The super large invoice glued to the bag clearly stated everything that I ordered and paid for. I watched the person check the invoice and inside the bag, BUT oh wow, guess what? Of course a part of my order was missing. I did not realize this until I arrived home. Too tired and inconvenient to go back that night. Total rip off. So please make sure you always check your order before you leave the restaurant.

Not sure if it was meant to be a joke. Simply ordered a sauce because it was missing and got a bag full of garbage and my sauce wrapped inside. Completely disgusting there wasn’t even delivery stickers on the bag and the manager did not take accountability. Just disgusting.

I’ve ordered delivery via Skip two Saturdays in a row, and both times items were missing. Last Saturday, I ordered breakfast, but none of the coffees or drinks were included. Today, I ordered lunch and half of the food order was missing.
C'mon, it's McDonalds!! What can I say? Try the Big Arch burger! You'll love it. Fast, friendly and clean.

I usually order at night as well as pick up delivery at this location, the service is top-notch, excellent customer service and the place is always clean and accommodative. Big thank you to Glenda, Shavonne and the whole of overnight time Monday through Friday for such an exceptional service as well as keep the place nice and clean. I do recommend this location any day any time.

This McDonald's doesn't allow free drink refills! Limited indoor seating, much of which is one giant table that seats about 12. It has been remodeled in the past few years and is designed for drive thru, take-out, and delivery rather than eating in.

I picked up food at the drive through this evening at 8:38 Order #1LN02CYOK. and it was horrible. The burgers looked like they were thrown together with no care at all. I was very disappointed with my order. The cheese was half on the burger and half sticking out. The double cheeseburger, the patties and the cheese were half on the bun and other half sticking out of the bun. I would have brought it back if I could have. Also the fries were cold as ice. I cannot believe how much the quality of the food has gone down the drain. Every time I decide to give that particular store a second chance to be let down again.
