I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I used the drive-thru to place an order, but when I got home, I discovered that my burger was missing the bottom bun. It was incredibly frustrating to have to drive more than 5 minutes back to the restaurant to address the issue.
When I spoke to the branch manager, I expected a professional response or proper compensation for the inconvenience. Instead, all I received was a single word: “Sorry.” This lack of customer care was unacceptable.
To anyone planning to order from this location: please double-check your order before leaving, especially if you’re traveling far. My experience has left me questioning the quality and service standards here.

The quality of the food is awfully bad. The orders are almost always missing ingredients or missing whole items. Waiting 20 minutes for “Fast Food” just to see you don’t even get your full order is just horrible. I am more than happy to not visit again knowing this is the way this location operates

We always go this McDonald's when we are in the area as we live out of town. The food is always done right here as we order it a certain way and it's always delicious (as much as fast food can be). The service could be a little better, they do listen to what you have to say, but a lot of times at this location their service is a little slow and almost every time, they have a hard time hearing anything at the speaker, so they may want to look into that.
New renovations look amazing. the order took a little long to get made, but I get it, drive through priority.

WARNING. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Duh. It was later in the evening and I was with two children. We all just wanted to take our order home. The super large invoice glued to the bag clearly stated everything that I ordered and paid for. I watched the person check the invoice and inside the bag, BUT oh wow, guess what? Of course a part of my order was missing. I did not realize this until I arrived home. Too tired and inconvenient to go back that night. Total rip off. So please make sure you always check your order before you leave the restaurant.

I went into the drive-thru at 9am and the worker at the speaker said they had no McGriddles. How do you not have McGriddles at 9am. The lady at the speaker was mean and laughed at me. They should have all breakfast items at peak hour
Not sure if it was meant to be a joke. Simply ordered a sauce because it was missing and got a bag full of garbage and my sauce wrapped inside. Completely disgusting there wasn’t even delivery stickers on the bag and the manager did not take accountability. Just disgusting.

I usually order at night as well as pick up delivery at this location, the service is top-notch, excellent customer service and the place is always clean and accommodative. Big thank you to Glenda, Shavonne and the whole of overnight time Monday through Friday for such an exceptional service as well as keep the place nice and clean. I do recommend this location any day any time.
