Only McDonalds that won’t give a refill. When asked about it was given a rude answer from the manager.. also was charged to change my sandwich however they did not add my additions. Terrible service

Why is it, that this location specifically, everytime I come here no matter what I order, I'm told to go to one of the waiting spots?? Every single time, it's 12:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, and they're telling almost everyone in the drive through to pull around to the waiting area. Why have a drive through if you can't even accommodate even one car waiting in said drive through? You'd get faster service going inside and ordering.

Poor service and total disregard of time. I was told that the place reopens at 4:30 am. I am there to grab a quick breakfast and catch an early flight to Alberta. At 4:30 I went to the drive thru they were still closed. I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes no one answered. Wh n I went around to the window one of the server was seen playing on his phone. It was about 4:40 am that they finally opened.
