Why is it, that this location specifically, everytime I come here no matter what I order, I'm told to go to one of the waiting spots?? Every single time, it's 12:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, and they're telling almost everyone in the drive through to pull around to the waiting area. Why have a drive through if you can't even accommodate even one car waiting in said drive through? You'd get faster service going inside and ordering.

There hasn't been one time they didn't mess up my order, for example the other day I ordered a large sprite and they gave me water and still charged me for the sprite. Least favourite fast food place of all time.

Poor service and total disregard of time. I was told that the place reopens at 4:30 am. I am there to grab a quick breakfast and catch an early flight to Alberta. At 4:30 I went to the drive thru they were still closed. I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes no one answered. Wh n I went around to the window one of the server was seen playing on his phone. It was about 4:40 am that they finally opened.

Initially got my order wrong, ordered a double quarter pounder with no cheese and extra pickles, received a double quarter pounder with cheese and no pickles, called to advise them of the error and they made it right by providing coupons for two free meals. Thank you for making it right!
We love starting our day with their coffee. Be it drive thru, walk-in order or kiosk order; the customer service delivered here is excellent. All the staff is hardworking synchronized together. And, their beautiful smiles when they hand me my orders- ahh , it makes me happy 😁.

Don't waste your time here. They don't have it together at this location. I left and went down the road to Simcoe. I see I'm not the only one disappointed today and they had the same idea. Just wanted a cone for the kid after a long road trip. Do yall even clean the ice cream machine? Why lie about the times it's served when I was there and hour and a half after the other locations open their machines? I was there ~12:30 and was told that all locations open at 11am for the cones.

The idiocracy of this place is pathetic. How are y’all going to tell me that at 12:30, on a summers hot day, that ‘you dont serve ice cream at this time’ ? Literally drove to the simcoe location thats 7 minutes away just to get a cone, and they told me they start serving ice cream AT 11AM. I’d rather you honestly tell me that you’re just too lazy to clean the ice cream machine. All in all, dont waste your time going to this location. There are better mcdonalds elsewhere. Even go to the walmart mcdonalds nearby. Just not this one

Got a diet coke and clearly the syrup was empty or needs to be recalibrated. Now that I think of it, the last time was the same. Terrble, I'll avoid this location at all costs moving forward.
