the two older ladies working right now (friday january 9th 2025 @ 9:30 pm) one of which does the front counter and the other does whatever. anyways it’s not hard to correct a customer but they are simply disrespectful. the attitude, eye rolls, and lack of manners shocks me as i’m just a young girl. even though they were collectively rude to me i still said thank you and BOTH walked away and said nothing i had to repeat myself and say i said thank you and she couldn’t even turn around she rudely said you’re welcome and kept walking. this is the mcdonald’s i go to before work almost all the time and this hasn’t been the first interaction like this there. its rude and honestly gets to a point.

Macdonald always serve cold coffee. Not a single time l got hot coffee.

When you pull 5 cars your cheating your drive thru times. Kinda tired of all these McDonald's competing for drive thru times and 99% of the McDonald's drive thru times are falsified? Collectively I think we should all stop paying for our meals until our food is ready it's all a game to the managers who has the fastest McDonald's... Everytime I get pulled from now I'm gonna start leaving negative reviews
They didn't fill the cup up with pop and asked for Pickles on my McChicke, they put 2 tiny pickle slices on it.

the drive through lines are unbelievable and one lane will take 3 to 6 cars before taking 1 from the other lane

I had a very disappointing experience. When I went to place my order, the person on the speaker simply said “What do you want?” with no greeting or courtesy. At the first window, no one spoke to me—just a POS machine was held out. At the pickup window, my food was handed to me without a word. On top of that, when I went home I realized I was given the wrong order. I understand places get busy, but basic customer service and order accuracy really matter. Unfortunately, this visit fell short on both.

4:30AM and youre going to tell me NO food, only coffee, with exact change only? Why exactly are you employing someone for this? What a waste of time. Mind as well turn the sign off, or hire people that can actually work a night shift... apparently this employee cannot use the cash register or cook the food....

Very friendly staff
Everything seemed ok until I had to wait 28 minutes to receive my big mac. Most of the employees were nice, except for one that was very rude.

I know this is only McDonald’s and my expectations shouldn’t be high in the first place… but, seriously, you guys don’t even try to do a decent job at what you do every day? Half full fries, half cooked chicken, sandwich splattered with mayo and gripped so hard there’s a thumb print? Ridiculous.

I ordered 2 McCrispy chicken burgers along with nuggets. The nuggets were okay, but the McCrispy was really disappointing. The chicken patty tasted old and didn’t feel fresh at all, like it had been sitting for a long time. For the price we pay, the quality should be much better. Hope you improve the freshness of your food.

Ordered from the app and went to pick it up 20 minutes later. When I got there they said they're only serving coffee and donuts, which I found strange since my order was already processed. Then I was told I had to wait because apparently they don't start making anything until the person shows up. So what's the point of paying up front and ordering off the app? 10 minutes later the food was finally ready. Then you can tell the food was rushed because it was even edible. Ended up throwing it in the garbage. I will never eat here again.
