I'm giving here a 5 star purley based on stevens customer service I think he's that manager, I had a inconvenience at this location and when I spoke to him even though it was the next day..he went over and above to make sure it was corrected. Great service by him

I buy food here for my kids at school 4 days a week. Today I bought cheese burgers and junior chicken. Cheese burgers are look good. But junior chicken meat patty has bunch of hair around the meat patty. We buy food for our kids. How is it possible? Is it healthy? Please pay attention for your food product.

The food I received this morning looks like it was thrown together by a child. I have a photo of the Big Mac they made- they just threw a meat patty on the SIDE of the burger??? The patty has onions on it, which tells me that it was on a burger at one point but was taken off... just to be shoved down the side of the actual big Mac. Where did the mystery patty source from? Probably the floor.The ice tea tasted like they forgot to change the syrup in the dispenser, it was tossed after the first sip.All the food was lukewarm. Don't waste your money at this location, stuff like that is normal for these guys. They don't give two sh/ts about their customers or the quality of their work.I don't know how to add the photo, please let me know so I can post the gross slop they tried to give me. I have receipts- the paper itself and photo.

I visited McDonald's yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. The menu had plenty of options to choose from, and everything was served hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I don't spend much at this Macdonalds. Just a cup of Joe is all I ask of them. A triple triple. Well stirred. They cannot make even make a cup of coffee as per a simple request. Tried multiple times to explain my order. Its not that hard right?. Never have I received a triple triple well stirred. The sugar is just at the bottom. Its CRAZY!

Used the automated menu thing.Placed my order but the machine ran out of paper and I couldn't obtain an order number.Told the employee about the issue and she sorted out the problem.
