The place was busy but I was standing in the front counter waiting for over 5 minutes for a CSR to take my order. When I asked if anyone was working the front to help me the woman working looked at me like I was dumb, said they were busy and turned away without helping whatsoever. Never coming back

The service was fine. However, the food was messy, cold, and tasted like cardboard, the poutine tasted like they didn't cook them right, they put too much lettuce on my big mac, and the buns to the big Mac, felt and tasted like cardboard

The food itself isn't bad, but the wait times here are ridiculous. Watching people who you know ordered after you receive their orders first, is very frustrating. I also went specifically to get my son a Grinch Happy Meal, and we were given a Sonic one... very disappointed. I didn't specify when ordering but didn't think I'd have to, since the Grinch stuff is all that's advertised right now. They even had the Grinch happy meal toys displayed and that is definitely not what we received.

Happy to say the fries and poutine at McDonald’s are definitely gluten friendly. This is my go to snack when I am on the go and can’t find something to eat. I love how the prize always come out hot and fresh.

Visited June 29th, Saturday at 11:28am. Ordered two large drinks and happy meal. Pop machine was out of carbonation, counter staff asked to fix, they requested tank change from manager Bonnie. Manager came out to cash out a staff member meal then returned to back area. Waited 20 minutes, still no Bonnie the manager in sight. Counter staff reminded manager to change tank as I and 3 others were still waiting. I asked the counter girl for a refund which she needed Bonnie to approve… BONNIE missing again! Had to leave without a refund as my kids were in the car with my husband and crying cause they wanted to go home. THANKS FOR NOTHING BONNIE
