i go to this mcdonald’s every weekend and bonnie is there every time and is extremely rude and has no care for customers and what seems like employees either. hopefully this mcdonald’s can find a better manager.

EVERY TIME we come in to eat here we wait 20 minutes for our order and there is never enough staff. Additionally, staff don’t seem apologetic when they take forever for a simple big mac combo. I also had to remind them to give me a cup when my order was ready. Will NOT be coming here anymore and I highly recommend going literally ANYWHERE else for a burger.

I have dinner here regularly. 3 out of 5 times the food is really good. But sometimes I get stale chips and dry junior chicken and my child ends up not eating on those days. Other time junior chickens are juicy and fresh. Please try to be consistent.

Pointless to have a McDonald’s at this location with limited menu items, and not honouring corporate promotions. No bagel breakfast sandwich, no breakfast wraps, no everything!!!! Really. You should just close this place and save on renting costs.

both me and my friend ordered mcdoubles, mine without pickles I got mine, clearly marked with no pickles. she got a double hamburger by mistakewe assumed. she went up to the counter to get the right burger. suddenly a blonde girl comes running to the table and screams at me "you ate her mcdouble"! I put our orders together and showed her my wrapper proving it was indeed my burger. she got angry and walked away. a different girl soon returned with her correct burger. I hate this location, I shouldn't be screamed at claiming I ate someone else's food.
