I went to order 2 pretzels and I asked the staff for fresh ones. they told me that they can't make me fresh ones because they have 6 that been sitting out under the warmer for about 20 mins and those have to be sold first. I told them that I would wait for the fresh ones and was told that they couldn't help us. I don't understand why they couldn't make them fresh especially when they are closing 4 hours!! Custom service needs lots of improvement!!

I used to live in US and Auntie Anne's were a favourite of mine. I saw this kiosk recently in OC and had to try. Just a plain salted. Oh my. So soft and lots of buttery flavour. Made fresh while I waited. Loved it! Had lots of choices so give them a look.
The original salted pretzels are my favourite! Keep up great customer service!
