got charged for four drinks ended up only getting two then when called and tried to communicate they accused the uber driver for stealing drinks no help four different people in their end talking passing the phone mid conversation. pointless and disappointed

This situation shows a clear lack of professionalism. This member from staff took an unreasonable amount of time to prepare and release the order, delaying the delivery service. Instead of taking responsibility for their own delay, they chose to file a complaint against the delivery driver.
Blaming others for problems caused by poor organization and inefficient service is unprofessional and unacceptable. This reflects badly on the business and its management.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at this establishment, which was marred by poor customer service from one of this staff members.
During my visit on December 24th I encountered a tall, chubby (male Indian ethnicity , standing by the cash register) individual who was not only unhelpful but also exhibited behavior that I found to be rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached him with a query, his attitude was dismissive, making me feel as though my concerns were irrelevant. Instead of providing assistance, he responded with sarcasm and impatience, which was both shocking and unacceptable.
What troubled me even more was his use of inappropriate comments that I perceived as racially insensitive. It is disheartening to witness such behavior in a customer service role, especially in a multicultural environment where inclusivity should be a priority. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, which is not what I expect when visiting your establishment.
I have always appreciated Mr.puffs and the quality of service they strive to provide, which makes this incident even more disappointing. I urge you to address this matter seriously, as customer service is the backbone of any successful business. It is crucial for staff to be trained not only in product knowledge but also in how to treat customers with respect and dignity, regardless of their background.
I hope to see improvements in your customer service standards moving forward

The puffs are really good. It can take a while to get your order but they make them fresh which I appreciate. I rather wait a bit and ensure I am getting the freshest batch. I don’t get why others are complaining about. Would choose this to be my go to dessert over any other dessert! The customer service was excellent and I always get samples to try which makes deciding what flavours I want much easier.
Shanthi was amazing! She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel very special on my birthday. I will definitely be back.
We got the take out from north oshawa location and most of the puffs are not properly fried.
