When in for a sub during dinner hour, they didn't have enough lettuce in the container to even do my 12 inch sub,asked for the orange cheddar he tried giving me some shredded cheese, I insisted on sliced cheese so he had to go in the back to slice it up he said,he came back with 2 little pieces that left a 4 inch section of my sub with no cheese got home to eat my sub and the bun was all crumbly and stale. Well I'm now done with MR sub if there worried about wasting ingredients that is the cost of do business. This guy is going to find himself back trying to peddle shwarmas in Bangladesh

Went there. Ordered two BLT subs. Hardly any sauce or toppings on my subs. It's like they were scared to put anything on the sub. Will never go back. Absolutely horrible! if you can't afford toppings then you shouldn't open a franchise!

This place is so misleading! On Google it says "open till 9pm" but I walked there last night before 9pm and they were closed. Yet on the door it says "closed at 7pm". So please fix the hours so it's not so MISLEADING!!!! BAD SERVICE AND BAD QUALITY!!! BAD TIMES AS WELL!!! Guess you want to lose more customers!!!

The male owner is a condescending, sad little man. The female owner is extremely cheap. HORRIBLE location overall. Save your money and spend it literally anywhere BUT here (or Windfield farms). Pathetic!

Very disappointed. Showed up at 8:40pm and already closed even though they are supposed to close at 9pm
extremely condescending service from the employee working around 1:50pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024. my partner and i came in and my partner took two or three minutes to decide what he wanted. the employee told us to take our time at first, and then when my partner made up his mind not long after, he started to give us attitude for deciding so soon after he said that. we struggled to figure out the name of the bread my partner wanted to order as the listed menu and images of bread did not line up. the employee refused to help us figure out the name of it, telling us they didn’t have it and turned his back to us as we attempted pointing to the loaf we could clearly see on the counter in front of us. my partner ended up just guessing a name and the employee finally turned around and went “there you go,” seeing this as someone who works in customer service as a manager was appalling. you should NEVER have your back to your customer, especially while the customer is trying to request assistance with the menu. the employee continued to speak in a very demeaning manner, making unnecessarily sarcastic comments throughout the transaction despite us being entirely friendly and attempting to converse and joke with him. the food was mediocre at best, certainly not good enough to receive condescending/snarky remarks from an employee. we were the only customers in the building the entire time and the employee was just standing around before we came in, so we weren’t holding him back from doing his side tasks. i’d encourage the owner or a manager to review footage of this interaction and speak with this employee about his poor service, this is certainly someone who should be retrained on how to treat customers, especially when there’s a sign on the door reminding customers to leave reviews.

I went to this location today to pickup my skip order. There was a girl with glasses she made me wait 30 minutes for the order. And when I asked why my order is so late she replied “ if you cannot wait quit doing uber “. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour from this lady. She definitely needs training on customer service.

ordered 3 subs on skip and this store only made 2. they need to learn how to read the orders properly… tried calling them and they don’t even pick up the phone. you’re better off just going to another location.
Maybe learn to lock the door if you’re closed instead of looking at me like I’ve got two heads because I walked in to y’all sitting there talking while the prep is all still laying out and everything still turned on ?
