Love the subs from this store - it's the best in Oshawa. I'll go out of my way just to buy my sub here. The buns and meat are always fresh. The staff, especially Derrick, are great people and always happy. They know what customers want and never add anything they wouldn't want on their food if they were buying it themselves.

Don’t order from here. I ordered 1 large sub and brownies for my kids. They forgot the brownies, the tomatoes on the sub were gross and it was soggy go up the street to the Mr Sub in Whitby on Dundas. I was told to reach out to Uber Eats.
I have called this place 3 times asking for my money back after they failed to deliver items ordered. I was advised the night I received my order when I called immediately that it was busy and they admitted forgetting the brownies claiming they would refund me. That never happened I have called twice more and spoke with employee and the manager who stated I would need to speak the owner whom I left my number with and never heard back. I will be filing a charge back with my credit card. Avoid this business that steals from their customers.

Very disappointed. The amount of actually food you get is reduced from two years ago. Only one piece of cheese instead of two, a third of the chicken less in the Louisiana from last year. Better value for money at Subway

Manager kicked us out for ordering a toasted subway. We originally ordered a toasted subway with pickles, We went to pick it up until the bread wasn't toasted. And I am a big fan of toasted subs So I asked for them to toast it. Then the manager said no, I show proof I put toasted. Then the manager just told me to leave the place is sketchy aswell

The staff at the counter keep touching all kinds at the counter and I asked her to changed her gloves when she started preparing my sandwiches; otherwise she kept going. OMG..
The bread is excellent except it's very hard to make employees smile. Everything else is okay
Wouldn't order a submarine anywhere else in the Durham Region.

I witnessed it 2 times in 2 different locations. They don't wash their hand or change gloves and if anyone has anything to say I just left the place
This location is not like other Mr. Subs. It is the best Mr. Sub in Oshawa possibly Durham region. Not only are the owners great but so are the staff and they are well trained on how to make a good sub. I'll drive out of my way to go there even if another Mr. Sub is close by

This is usually the shop I go to as they have a good staff and freshest bread. Yesterday we had roast beef subs one was fine the other the meat was extremely salty. My wife could not eat her sandwich and gave me half I did finish it but still ha d a salt taste the next day.
I ordered online, but I couldn't find a place to add a note to the restaurant about having the toppings on the side. So I went inside, told them the order was mine, and asked if I could have the toppings on the side. They said no, it was whatever I ordered on the app. I always get it grilled, and I pressed the grilled option on the app, but they toasted it instead. I showed them the app and said I wanted it grilled, but then the employees started getting upset, saying it would be burnt if they grilled it. I was just explaining that wasn't what I wanted, but they refused to fix it, told me to leave, and said they weren't going to serve me. I've been going to this location for a long time, but these two morning staff members were super rude and unprofessional. Ruined my morning
