My complaint is against the owners of this location....the store is seriously understaffed at the busiest times just so the owners can make a huge profit....the young guy working was incredible and made great subs but was alone during the dinner rush while the Santa Claus parade was on!...owners need to make better choices and think of their employees!!!!

I ordered an order on the app. It said it would be done at 4. I showed up to pick up and there was a lineup out the door. They had 1 employee working and he was doing an amazing job. However he was so busy that he didn't get my order prepared when it said. He then quickly and perfectly got my order ready. He did an amazing job. However he is being exploited. The next time I go to a mr sub and see 1 employee working I am walking out and going elsewhere. That employee needs a huge pay raise. He did great.

Have been coming here for years, best subs in the area, recently made a mistake with an online order and the staff took care of it for me. Have consistently been pleased with the service and the food.

Used to go to Mr. sub quite frequently stopped for a little while for about a year now we go back couple times a week the one on Stevenson Road today I asked for easy salt. The owner said that’s not much salt next time I should say a pinch which I did ask for easy salt. That’s not what I’m upset about is that he laughed with the lady making my sub and then to continue to talk and in his language and LAUGH about the situation as I’m paying and walking through the door… I will never return here.

Love the subs from this store - it's the best in Oshawa. I'll go out of my way just to buy my sub here. The buns and meat are always fresh. The staff, especially Derrick, are great people and always happy. They know what customers want and never add anything they wouldn't want on their food if they were buying it themselves.

Don’t order from here. I ordered 1 large sub and brownies for my kids. They forgot the brownies, the tomatoes on the sub were gross and it was soggy go up the street to the Mr Sub in Whitby on Dundas. I was told to reach out to Uber Eats.
I have called this place 3 times asking for my money back after they failed to deliver items ordered. I was advised the night I received my order when I called immediately that it was busy and they admitted forgetting the brownies claiming they would refund me. That never happened I have called twice more and spoke with employee and the manager who stated I would need to speak the owner whom I left my number with and never heard back. I will be filing a charge back with my credit card. Avoid this business that steals from their customers.
Very disappointed. The amount of actually food you get is reduced from two years ago. Only one piece of cheese instead of two, a third of the chicken less in the Louisiana from last year. Better value for money at Subway I will not be going back.

Manager kicked us out for ordering a toasted subway. We originally ordered a toasted subway with pickles, We went to pick it up until the bread wasn't toasted. And I am a big fan of toasted subs So I asked for them to toast it. Then the manager said no, I show proof I put toasted. Then the manager just told me to leave the place is sketchy aswell

The staff at the counter keep touching all kinds at the counter and I asked her to changed her gloves when she started preparing my sandwiches; otherwise she kept going. OMG..
