I ordered an order on the app. It said it would be done at 4. I showed up to pick up and there was a lineup out the door. They had 1 employee working and he was doing an amazing job. However he was so busy that he didn't get my order prepared when it said. He then quickly and perfectly got my order ready. He did an amazing job. However he is being exploited. The next time I go to a mr sub and see 1 employee working I am walking out and going elsewhere. That employee needs...

Have been coming here for years, best subs in the area, recently made a mistake with an online order and the staff took care of it for me. Have consistently been pleased with the service and the food.

Love the subs from this store - it's the best in Oshawa. I'll go out of my way just to buy my sub here. The buns and meat are always fresh. The staff, especially Derrick, are great people and always happy. They know what customers want and never add anything they wouldn't want on their food if they were buying it themselves.
