Never seen grey chicken before but this is absolutely disgusting. Had a gross smell. how is this acceptable? Not even edible. Waste of money. Definitely turned me away from this place… won’t be returning.

There was 3 employees working 2 of which were just standing talking while the trainee did all the work. One of the lazy workers I recognized from a previous visit where she wouldn't except my 100 bill while there's no signage that they don't, plus my bill was around 70 seeing as though there was 3 of us getting meals. This used to be my favorite location, but until recently they've staffed it terribly, to the point I may never return to Mr sub period.

ordered thru the app. Missed onions on my assorted sub and was very chincy with toppings, even lettuce so it was mostly bread I was eating. My Super pizza sub was missing 2 slices of cheese and the meat was not spread out on the sub but put into piles that were several slices thick. I usually love Mr Sub but these were the worst subs Ive ever had so I'll stick to going to the Taunton store

Went to grab Dinner with my friend. We order two subs as we were ordering the male employee was bossing around the employee who was in training. He was speaking to her in a really rude way. When I walked out the store and opened my sub and had a couple bites, I notice the sub was not pressed onto the grill, I walked back inside and ask for them to fix the mistake. The male employee took the bitten sub and added on the grill and handed back to me. This is absolutely disgusting also contaminating other customer subs. Highly disappointed in the professionalism of this location.

Stopped in today and grabbed a sub, I noticed almost immediately after saying lettuce that visually it was clearly rotten, i informed the employee and he assured me it was okay. As soon as i opened up the sub wrapper it had a rotten smell. I decided to take the lettuce off and eat it but disappointed to say the least, this is the only location I've ever been to that didn't have fresh produce.

Use to be a good location - not anymore.They are so extremely cheap with the toppings.The cheese bread literally has 3 shreads of cheese on it. For toppings they put the tiniest amount of lettuce and 3 cucumbers for a footling.Will stick to the simcoe street location - much better quality.

They have 1 staff working. Will take 20 mins to get a sub if a couple of people are ahead in line. This is presuming a skip the dishes order does not come in. These orders supersede the people physically at the location. If a skip order comes in, add another 10-15 mins to your wait. This has happened multiple times. They need to hire staff. Never should there be only 1 person working. The location in Bowmanville is excellent with great service. The King location is a waste of time.

First and last time for this location, Meat had a sour taste to it and I couldn't swallow it without gagging, I went back and he told me how do I know I didn't get it from a different location, I had my debit receipt but still argued with me. Wouldn't make a different one or refund my money. NEVER go there. HORRIBLE customer service.
