I have been going to this location for a while. But to be honest the only reason I go is for the night shift. The ladies are amazing vary friendly and take pride in there work. I can't say to much for the day staff. Ladies on days 3 to 4 pickles or anything for that matter isnt enough. Like come on.. I want to taste the items I put on not guess if its on there. If you want great service go in the evening.

Wow got charged 6 dollars for cheese on a small cheese and veggie sub sub was 6.49 plus cheese is not a strip anymore they have cut in half total 14.19 thats just crazy i remember paying 75 cents a slice for same cheese never again stevenson road location

We're going to this, Mr. Sub, for the last 40 years, no buns, no Louisiana. It's Saturday. You guys don't get your s*** together. You're gonna get closed just like the other one in oshawa and Sould Oshawa. Not good, not good at all. Now I have to go to Subway. Not truly Canadian, but when Mr. sub doesn't provide, that's what happens.

The new young guy there with the mustache does not know how to work the computer let alone the new guy he's training couldn't help me out in anyway. Lied to me about being very busy and hung up....when I was outside in my car. Never ordering from here. Until they have people that can actually do what they are supposed too !!! Very unprofessional!!

Went today with my dad to pick up 5 subs around 7:30 pm and wow were the ladies who worked today every phenomenal. Super quick, helpful and lovely!!! Best sub from mr sub I’ve had in years!
