Usually I order my subs from the Whitby location but today I was in Oshawa and thought I would try it out . First when you walk in right away you can see this place is very clean and tidy . The lady behind the counter is super friendly and has such good energy , I could have chatted with her for hours . I ordered an assorted sub 12” once I got home and tried it I was amazed , it’s been a very long time since I’ve had a perfect sub .the ingredients were very fresh and flavourful and the bread had a perfect softness to it . Love this location !

I had a very good experience at Mr Sub. They had a lot more variety than what I am used to at my usual sub shop.
Note for people looking it up on the map, the restaurant is in the shopping plaza in the northwest corner of Simcoe and Windfields. The address on Google is correct, but the pin is in the wrong place. The restaurant and I have tried many times to fix this.

I visited this location to redeem my birthday coupon, but was told by the employee that I could not use it in-store and had to place the order online. I explained that the coupon wasn’t working when I tried to order online, and when I asked if she could help or guide me through the process, she repeatedly said she didn’t know and told me to figure it out myself. When I asked if I could at least scan my rewards card, she also said no.
I’m disappointed with the service I received, especially since I was trying to be patient and understanding about the situation. The employee was neither welcoming nor friendly, which made the experience even more frustrating.
