I visited this location to redeem my birthday coupon, but was told by the employee that I could not use it in-store and had to place the order online. I explained that the coupon wasn’t working when I tried to order online, and when I asked if she could help or guide me through the process, she repeatedly said she didn’t know and told me to figure it out myself. When I asked if I could at least scan my rewards card, she also said no.
I’m disappointed with the service I received, especially since I was trying to be patient and understanding about the situation. The employee was neither welcoming nor friendly, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Visited this location with my husband on April 9th, 8pm and was very impressed by the associate that served us, she was very pleasant, courteous, and professional. She is amazing at her job, and she is the reason I will actively come back to this location. Thank you to the wonderful employee here tonight 🙏

This Mr sub only lets you use the washroom if your a paying customer which is illegal in Canada!!!! Hope this post makes them change there illegal rules!!! I will never return to this Mr sub as a paying costumer

The small sub bun was more like a baby sub size. The bread was not fresh. The lettuce was already soggy and wilted. Won’t be back to this location
