This post is coming from Mairi not Scott. I bought a Nespresso for my birthday from Costco. Received a $30 coupon with my purchase. Googled Nespresso stores in Oshawa and was happy to find a store at the Oshawa Shopping Centre. I went to the store and was helped by a young fellow (didn't get his name but he had cool tattoos on his hands). He was so helpful and patient. Helped me figure out the flavours I would like. He was spot on. Will definitely go back when I run out of pods. 🤗

Adam provided an exceptional first experience at the Oshawa Centre location! He was so generous with his time and explained the difference between the pods, how the equipment works, espresso vs double espresso vs cup etc and allowed us to sample several! I learned a lot about coffee and left with maple pecan - so yum! I’ll be back in a few weeks for more!

Bravo to Adam who assisted us today at the oshawa centre location.He had excellent suggestions, very patient with us trying different coffees . Definitely an asset to this company, he does know his coffee along with customer service.
“Today was my first time purchasing in-store at Nespresso, as I had previously only ordered through the app. I was assisted by a very kind young man (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), who provided an outstanding experience. He kindly offered me a tasting of the White Chocolate Strawberry coffee since I hadn’t tried it before, informed me about the current offers, and even gave me recycling bags for used capsules. I left the store extremely happy with the excellent service I received. Thank you!”
