I never write google reviews, but the customer service I received today was absolutely amazing and needs to be recognized. Amira and Alice were exceptional!! They were both so kind and so helpful.

usually order my coffee online, but went in person yesterday to the actual store because I didn't want to wait on delivery. I'm glad I went.

Adam provided an exceptional first experience at the Oshawa Centre location! He was so generous with his time and explained the difference between the pods, how the equipment works, espresso vs double espresso vs cup etc and allowed us to sample several! I learned a lot about coffee and left with maple pecan - so yum! I’ll be back in a few weeks for more!

“Today was my first time purchasing in-store at Nespresso, as I had previously only ordered through the app. I was assisted by a very kind young man (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), who provided an outstanding experience. He kindly offered me a tasting of the White Chocolate Strawberry coffee since I hadn’t tried it before, informed me about the current offers, and even gave me recycling bags for used capsules. I left the store extremely happy with the excellent service I received. Thank you!”

I’ve never received better service from anyone other than from Nic. Best employee to ever grace this establishment. If you see him working, always ask him for help before anyone else. I made a large purchase and he helped me through all of it seamlessly.

Yesterday, my wife purchased a new coffee variety from Nespresso at Oshawa Centre, which they recently launched. Each pod was priced around $4, and she bought 10 without realizing the total would be approximately $40. When got home, I mentioned $40 for 10 pods seemed too much, so we decided to return them the next day.
We came back with everything in order—the box of coffee pods was sealed, and we had the receipt of purchase. However, before I could even explain the situation, the staff at the counter immediately told us that they don’t accept returns for coffee products. It was frustrating that we weren’t even given the opportunity to explain or discuss our concern. We left the coffee pods at the shop and left and they did not bother to return the purchased pods.
It’s clear that some employees are just working for the salary, without caring about the company’s reputation or the cost of losing loyal customers. They don’t seem to understand what it means to lose a loyal customer—and with this experience, they lost me.
Nespresso products are great, but customer service like this will drive people away. I won’t be returning to this location.

Our visit today was nothing short of exceptional customer service! It was our first time selecting coffee pods that were right for us. I wish I had the name of the young lady that served us as she was the epitome of how to deal with customers. She was patient, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products! She suggested we try some different pods based on the type of coffee we liked, and she was spot on!!!
Couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service we received!
