2nd time at the location, clean inside restaurant and bathrooms, menu is unlimited the food is prepared and hot when delivered to the table, The service again exceptional we were served by Jessie who was trained by Jen the 1st time I was there Jen was our server. It goes a long way when one great server trains another! Hats off to these 2 ladies for a job well done!

We had a reservation for 8 of us at 7 PM. When we got there, we were brought to the back room which was very small. It was packed like and there were people screaming and yelling and standing up like it was their own private party room. I was not the only one that was mad about the situation. Other people came to me and said they were going to complain to the manager. So we put up with it for an hour and a 1/2. And at the end of the meal I complained to the manager first of all the service and the meal were good. I have no problems with that. It's the manager and the way he didn't do anything. He just sat there. I talked to him afterwards and he said. What you want me to do scream at them that was his response. I said no, but you could have told them to sit down. And calm down, there's other customers here.Stop screaming at the top of your lungs and act is like it's your own private party menu but he did nothing.Of course , so hence , that's why I write this review. I will never, ever go back there again nor my friends or family.The manager did not do his job properly as far as i'm concerned!!! A very disappointed customer And i'm not the only one!

Samira gave us exceptional service. The place was packed with not many staff but she hustled and had everything on the table in no time…. With a huge smile on her face. I have a pretty bad shellfish allergy and everytime I have gone to or ordered from one eyed Jack's they have done their best to accommodate me. I usually sit outside when it's warm and know they they their best. I ordered a wrap tonight and i received a call to ask if I'd prefer grilled chicken cooked away from the fryers as they have a lot of shellfish on the menu. I really appreciate taking my health seriously and offering an alternative that made everyone feel better. Thank you!
This was our first time at Jack’s, and the food was yummy and reasonably priced. Our server, Lorelei was excellent and explained the dishes to us and even brought me extra sauce for my chicken pot pie. We will definitely be back

Order our meal online and there was nothing but problems! We order 2 pounds of wings only received 1 pound. We also order a large house salad that had a paper wrapper in it and the house dressing was chunky and had hair in it. The manager never apologized once I am absolutely disgusted by this restaurant

Went for the wing special, which was the only decent part of the night. The service? Absolutely horrendous. There were five of us, and we waited forever just to get drinks. By the time our food finally arrived—40 minutes later—it was just wings that we ordered. I guess they were killing the chicken and peeling the potatoes!!! The worst part? The bathroom was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Tried to find staff to report it, but surprise—no one was around. It felt like the entire place was being run by ghosts. Total disaster
