Kay was amazing. She pointed us in the right direction for food and drinks. Quick service, friendly, and made experience that much better. We had wings and appetizers and no complaints. I can never say anything negative about the food But service tonight in Oshawa and not even with the restaurant being busy its the first I’ve ever had at any one eyed jacks… as a frequent customer in the Lindsay location and many family large gatherings and money well spent… Oshawa dissatisfaction 💯….. 10 mins wait at the front. We sat ourselves in the bar booths…. Almost another 10 mins later the manager aka I’ve seen him in Lindsay stoped and asked if anyone came over yet..:: big hard no!!!!
Another 5 mins or so the bartender finally came over!!!!!! Are you ready to order are you kidding me!!!!! It just went down hill from that….. from the only three high tables with only men sorry me and my dad weren’t good enough even tho you got a decient tip!!!!! I asked for my salad first It came with the meal…. My dad asked for rice we got pasta….our server only came over three times the whole time…. Dropped off our beverage…. Few mins after our food and starter all at once not by her and our take out containers and bill!!!!!!!
Oh and top it off found out it was appreciation day for guest….. well so much for that

After trying out several restaurants around Ontario Tech University/Durham College, we’ve decided to make One Eyed Jack our go to whenever we come to visit. I think we’ve been to this pub 4 times now. The menu is large and all the selections we’ve tried so far have all been great! The portions are big too so you get good value for your money. The service is quick, friendly and attentive every time. The atmosphere is fun and lots of birthdays seem to be celebrated here, both young and old. They even have a trivia night. I also liked the tv in the booth idea in case someone wants to watch a different event than the ones on the big screens.
