Wish I could give zero stars. Dont bother trying to call and place a order, they hang up on you. I was giving them one last try, as my last order was awful. Spicy Noodles were glutenous with no flavor, no basil no spicy. I thought maybe a one off. Tasteless food. Now no service, they cant be swamped with orders it is 4:30pm. Was a regular for 15 years. Shame the old owners sold to this crew. I will spend my money else where.

Drove in from out of town, having diligently checked their hours both this morning and 10 minutes ago. Yet they haven't bothered updating their hours nor their website to show that they are closed. Love this restaurant, but customer service is slipping.

For close to 18 years I was a steady loyal customer. Today is the last time that I will order food from Oshawa Thai Cuisine.I knew all of you well, and watched your children grow with mine!Now when I enter the restaurant I feel as if the life has been sucked out of here. I no longer recognize any of the staff.I stuck with you through the pandemic, and the inflation defending the crazy costs by saying that this is the best Thai food in Canada. And I can say this with authority as this individual who brought this to my attention lives in Thailand and has traveled abroad tasting this lovely cuisine globally. 18 years ago the food here was the best outside of Thailand.Not today.My food was completely different. Texture, taste, quality, quantity all subpar to what the food here used to be.There was confusion, no one seemed to know what was going on. No hygienic tissue in either bathroom.Bad just bad.I think that this business has been entrusted to new owners or management.

got take out here a few times and the lunch specials are so worth the price!! everything I’ve tried was good - green curry, cashew chicken, sweet and sour pork, sesame chicken. also really like the tanginess from the salad dressing!

NOT Thai.The only thing Thai about this place is the name so I cannot in good conscience give it a 5 star. It’s a Chinese place who uses mango, peanuts and basil leaf.And super salty beef.I “may” return if I’m in the mood for Chinese food, never Thai. It might be an “okay” place for Oshawa.
I used to eat here every week when I get back home I'm going directly to this place the food is fantastic it's my all time favorite and the lady that owns the place is fantastic she knows my voice and sometimes you may get a little extra great people amazing food prices on point it's a must eat at store!!!

Went for a casual date night out with my girlfriend. The place was empty but we prefer the quiet. We know it to be more takeout oriented, especially on weekdays so it was perfect. The service was fast and very friendly. The portions were good for the price as we had to still take boxes for the leftovers. The flavors of the coconut shrimp curry and shrimp soup were amazing. We will definitely return.
