Disappointing and bizarre service combined with poor food quality.
The staff here should not be customer facing. Don’t bother escalating your concerns to management either, because the owners/management simply do not care to make things right.
Come here if you want small portions, cold food, and literally no customer service. My company and I will never return. This was my last straw.

We placed the order by phone and provided all required details. When asked about the pickup time, I indicated approximately 10 minutes. At that point, I was informed that the order would not be prepared until I arrived in person, citing this as “policy.”
This was unexpected, as I have placed phone orders and picked up from this location many times in the past without this requirement, and I live nearby. It was particularly confusing because the order was fully taken and all details were confirmed before I was told that preparation would not begin until arrival. I could not find any such policy mentioned on the website.
Additionally, the most recent order I picked up had noticeable quality issues—the rice was overcooked, and no sauce was added.

Service is not good. I am disappointed because I ordered fries on chicken but they gave something else. I trust and didn’t check my order at shop. when I opened at home and it’s spicy chicken on rice. One more thing Staff is not cooperative

This is our regular go to spot and today i had a terrible experience especially with a person named “””Navdeep”””” who works at night around 10pm. He is too rude with the customer and this is not the right behaviour. I hope the store manager takes appropriate action and correct is behaviour. I didn’t expect to have this kinda experience.

Not sure if employees where new to Canada or what(two girls and one boy) they don't even say basic Canadian ethics like thank you, sorry etc. took 25mins for my order meanwhile they were busy talking together.
