It's been awhile since I've visited this location, but never really had major issues until today. Ordered lamb shawarma on fatoush salad.
The Lamb was so tough I couldn't chew it...full of gristle. Just awful! What a complete disappointment!!!!
Not offered or given a receipt for my payment. The person at cash seemed to be printing a large number of receipts when I left.
I will not return.
Back to Pita Deli on Ritson from now on, always delicious and where staff is always cheerful and friendly.

Went today for first time young man working Sunday is very polite, however Sylvie seriously needs an attitude adjustment…. Yikes . Without asking me she just went ahead and put sauce on my food I noticed and say ohh too much it was ALOT and I don’t like a lot of sauce I mean I’m paying for the food maybe ask or show me what ur doing to it first? I didn’t even get a chance to say “light sauce” Well she transformed into a total attitude literally rolled her eyes like 3x at me, looked at her co worker smirking , like really lol I’m standing right here ma’am . Made me super uncomfortable , Not good .I’m sorry I don’t like my shawarma platter drenched in sauce it’s my preference I didn’t realize that was not allowed LOL then she closed the lid and tossed at me with zero eye contact first time having it so I said to my friend who recommend it was very bland and needed veggies he’s like uh yeah u can get toppings . Really? Wasn’t offered at all any toppings .thanks for the experience Sylvie Rice wasn’t undercooked (hard) just not good at all

I think they’re just trying to cut food costs. I went there today, and they charged me twice. When I asked the employees about it, the supervisor had the nerve to say, ‘It’s not our mistake; it’s your bank’s mistake.’ Seriously? Who put this idiot in charge? What a joke.

I ordered second time from you guys, and same thing happened the wraps has literally nothing in it, I paid 35$ and there is no stuff in the wraps, I went to other osmows as well and eat from you guys in day time too I know how much quantity it should be but the guys on call who said he is supervisor gave me the lame excuse that it’s not his mistake and they are trying to control the food cost. he kept on defending himself he didn’t try to listen to me. I am sorry but very poor service and food as well. Not ordering again if not fixed my issue. Check the photos and see how empty these wraps are. It’s all bread. I know how it should be.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited this location for the first time and ordered the standard Hot Chicken on the Rocks. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. There was only one employee managing everything, which may have contributed to the issues. When I got home, I noticed that the rice was undercooked and hard, the toppings were minimal, and the spice level was not as hot as expected. While I understand that challenges can happen, I would hesitate to return to this location based on this experience.

I have been to a lot of Osmow’s in the past years all over the GTA. And this one has to be the worst I ever been too. Wraps are just all pita. Cheap on the beef and load it with a bunch of onions. Rice was just below the lip of the container. Where other osmows would load it up. Very disappointed
