Food was okay as usual...but service was not at all good....cashier at the counter seems to be having racist attitude...forgot one item...had to ask them about it...no words at all while giving the item...not even a single sorry 😞
Panera bread has this crunchy Cinnamon bagel that's so good and full of Cinnamon flavor. Toasted with some cream cheese Mmmm it's the perfect breakfast sandwich. I drove all the way from Pickering to Oshawa for this and it didn't disappoint. I also took all they had for the next day. As long as they have this item I Will definitely return.
I just left Panera. Was stuck at drive thru while waiting for vehicle in front of me to get a large order... why they did not direct her to side to wait so I could get my one bagel - I do not know . I asked for my bagel to be double toasted and well buttered (John) order takers said he heard me ...IT was NOT well toasted or well buttered ...he was not listening ...it was cold when I got it (hence large order in front of mine) and it was barely toasted and th4e little bit of butter was soaked in cold butter - soggy, since it sat while I waited so long . The young lady at window , took a LONG time to count my change I gave her... as my bagel continued to sit on counter, I asked her is she forgot about giving it to me ... ( she doesn't have much a personality ) she barely responded .. What a waste of my time .. I have been sick all week I just was looking forward to finally eating , and wanted a quick bite... and what a long painful experience this was...bagel was cold and barely toasted and gross.. and girl at window struggled to count my change... Very odd .
This place best for food stuff I use order online then pick it up have so many items need order online but y’all shut down 2 years still can’t order losing 1000s $ also site says store closed y’all losing so much money please fix online asap
I think this will unfortunately be my last panera experience. While the food is usually very good, the prices are pretty crazy. $30 for half a sandwich and 2 mac and cheeses.
First of all, the speaker is so outdated, it’s almost impossible to hear the employees. Secondly, I didn’t get a photo of the sandwich, but I actually thought it was the baguette chunk that came with the mac, because it was so small. The toppings were pretty scarce, which is not how the sandwiches used to be. It was edible, but not worth the price I paid in the slightest. The worst part was the Mac and cheese. The noodles were so overcooked, they were completely mush. I could only tolerate a few bites, and my son wouldn’t even touch his after the first taste. $30 for overcooked Mac and cheese, and a quarter of a sandwich is insanity. The only reason I’m giving an extra star, is because the woman at the window was very kind.
My mother and I stopped in for her to grab a salad for lunch. We purchased and went home. The staff was pleasant, and the food was fine, but for a $10+ salad, it should at least fill the container. Portion size was that of a small side salad.
Enjoy eating in but wouldn’t order to go, the portions are not worth it.
My boyfriend and I went for lunch today at this location and our day was instantly made by Gail who was taking our order. We were instantly greeted with a big smile and her service was amazing. We will definitely be back and hope to be served by Gail again!
I don’t know how difficult it is to read a food order and then make the food listed on that order, but it’s beyond the capability of this Panera location. They either forget to put things in the bag or neglect to follow instructions or both. This isn’t a one-time occurrence; they habitually mess up orders.
Way too expensive, I tapped payment for $15.18 and $19.18 was taken out of my account. Did they add a tip themselves? They didn't provide a receipt and that's clear why.
My mother got a salad and half a sandwich and they charged her for a full one. $30 for a crappy dinner. I'll never be back... can't see how this place will stay in business with shady business practices and it was completely empty at dinner time.
Now food was very delicious 😋 there cheddar broccoli soup is amazing even sandwiche I got was good. But price is outrageous. Got half sandwich 🥪 very tinny small soup and apple it came to 20.00. Like it's 9.00 for half sandwich just for full sandwich 18.00 plus tax. They get more customers 🙄 if there prices where not so high. Ik thinking 🤔 they will all go under with these prices. People don't wanna pay pretty much kids meal for 20.00

Worst experience with taller lady that is extremely rude and rolls her eyes because they lost the order. Not any apology, I was treated and spoken to like I was an idiot. This is the first and last time I will ever by anything at this location. Try some customer service training it will go a long way for helping you business.
Food was great
Went to Oshawa location for valentines brunch. We got there at 11:05. Too late for breakfast. We were the only ones at the order desk,restaurant wasn’t busy. Our server on order desk seemed annoyed at our presence and began rolling her eyes at us . She did it at least three times. As it was my boyfriend’s first time going there he was unsure what to get, server began barking for help from BOH. She just about tossed the pager at me. She was rude and insensitive. Maybe she should try washing dishes as she was not very patient with us. Your fare is ok, overpriced for the portion size and tbe service really sucked. Won’t be going back to the eye roller! Cheers
Love coming here! This is the spot to hang! Work lunches with my friends or grabbing a coffee this is definitely the place to be. Their food is sooo good! Service is great too!
Decided to have my lunch from panera bread at this location and I have been there multiple times both instore and online ordering but didn’t have any complaints in past but today they just completely disappointed me. I ordered half veggie sandwich with some modifications and the cashier screen everything seems right but when i got the order it was just only few veggie not the modified version and i went back to the store with my food and i explained to the cashier he said my screen doesn’t allow me to do it as of today(you should have warn the customer first) the cashier told me that he is going to call the manager and the manager(girl) came at front didn’t try to solve the problem instead she went ahead for refund which I didn’t want but anyways she didn’t ask for remake (supposed to be) and she was being so rude.
I think the staff got changed because the previous staff they had was so welcoming and kind.
I ordered half sandwich and it was even seem like half and i paid $8.
