Ordered the deal on door dash two sandwiches and soup/mac only received one sandwich, called to correct the issue and was told that I have been mislead by false advertisement and theres nothing they can do about it. Will be filing a lawsuit

Food was great but the staff was awful. Was waiting at the cash for about 3 minutes before someone finally came to the front. Didn’t greet me or apologize, just looked at me blankly waiting for me to order. When the food was ready and I went to the counter to receive my order and not a single staff member acknowledged me or assisted me when I struggled to get my food, as it was pushed back towards the counter closer towards the kitchen. Hire some young people that actually want to work in customer service, not stand it the back and socialize.

Food is good, and also the Atmosphere. My one Gripe is their Cutlery. Filthy, absolutely Filthy, with visual caked on Food...a the employees hand this Filthy Cutlery without even checking out if they are clean or not, and this is the second time n two weeks that I have received Filthy Cutlery!!

I ordered 2 full size sandwiches on the same bread and one was literally half the size of the other dont waste your time and money here just go to fire house 2 shops over and you will actually get an appropriate sized sandwich thats way better quality what a waste of $30

Ordered through their drive through. Ordered 2 chicken avo BLT with a Mac and cheese, 3 baguette. Got the sandwich right but it literally all lettuce and a mess . 2 baguette and a butternut squash soup... love the food when it's right...

I ordered online for the first time and they completely messed my order up. I ordered a Frontega Chicken, and they gave me the wrong bread (supposed to be Foccia but they gave me white bread) put lettuce on the sandwich which was not requested, cold hard cheese, and a cold sandwich. If I wanted that I would've gone to Tim Hortons for a fraction of the price! When paying $15 for a sandwich I expect it to be what I'm ordering. To make things worst the side baguette was just thrown into the bag without a paper wrapper around it and it was wet! So disappointing.
I was very disappointed with my visit to Panera Bread. I paid $42 for just two cups of soup and two half sandwiches, and the food was poorly made. The steak and mozzarella sandwich had hardly any meat on it, making it feel like a rip-off for the price. To make things worse, after ordering two cookies, the cashier told us we could have the last ones—only to give them away to another customer who came in after us and demanded them. Overall, the experience felt careless, overpriced, and disrespectful to customers. I definitely won’t be coming back!

The staff are so slow at this location. Its painful makes it's difficult to go to when you spend half your lunch waiting in line and then waiting for your food. Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed with Panera Bread this time. I ordered a soup and salad. I couldn't believe the price. 20$ for a cup not a bowl of soup and a half a salad with no chicken? I will not return again.
