They definitely make mistakes but they always correct them and accommodate their customers; and their pizza is always really good. Ask for it well done for the best result.

Ordered online for carryout online after waiting around 10 min it says my pizza is ready for pickup however when I end up driving there to pick up my order I am told that they are just now making them making me wait another 10 min in my car. Personally I don't enjoy when I'm lied to but maybe that's just me.

Ordered from this place 5 times now. Requested square cut every time and they only got it right 1/5 times. Literally have to cut it myself each time so I can pack my work lunches properly. The pizza is okay but as someone with years of making pizza I am not impressed by the complete lack of attention to detail. One mistake is alright ... 4 in a row - your staff is cooked.

The employees and owner exhibited remarkable courtesy. This evening, I went to the store because the website was down, but fortunately, I was still able to get the online special. The two young men who assisted me with my order were exceptionally kind, making sure I had extra plates to go and allowing me to change my dips. The pizza is consistently excellent, and I will definitely visit again.

Okay I just ordered this on uber eats. This pizza is amazing. Delivered so hot and fresh. this is the best pizza chain to order pizza from, period. I am never disappointed. I didn’t take a picture of the full pizza I couldn’t refrain 😂

Had a great experience at Papa John’s! The pizza was fresh and delicious as always. A big shoutout to Kimmi (the girl with specs) for her excellent service—she was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to see staff go the extra mile. I would like to leave a review about this pizza. This is the thinnest pizza I’ve ever seen, with barely any dough or cheese. I have no idea how they made it like this or why it’s so empty. It was supposed to be a cheese pizza for $20, but in reality, there was almost no cheese or flavor.
This is the worst pizza I’ve ever ordered. I absolutely do not recommend getting it from this restaurant. If you want a good pizza, order it somewhere else. Here, I just regretted wasting my money, which felt like throwing it away.
