The washroom could be available for customers but I get it’s not the staff’s fault Also the tall guy who works front counter is nice :)

This was the WORST experience!! Not only was the delivery EXTREMELY late, I phoned the store to hear this employee tell me that the delivery driver had MULTIPLE ORDERS to do before they got to our home!! Meanwhile for 13 mins it said on the app we had been delivered too, even received an email asking our our pizza was!!!! Since when do they take multiple deliveries!! Not when my husband was a driver as a teenager!! Now to what happened 10 mins ago, I went to reheat a piece of pizza, ONLY TO FIND A BLACK HAIR COOKED INTO THE BLOODY PIECE!! Never again... ZERO STARS

Their Shaq-A-Roni pizza might be the best pizza in Durham outside of Tuscan Wolf. I have stopped ordering pizza other than Shaq-A-Roni. Highly recommend.

Be careful when ordering delivery. Make sure the total on the debit machine matches your receipt from the restaurant. I was overcharged a dollar (not the end of the world), but when I brought it to the attention of the delivery driver, he laughed and walked away. Mistakes happen, but the response from the driver makes me think it may not have been a mistake be careful.

Told manager they made the Pizza too sweet, he told me to throw it away? Good response 👍

We placed an order at 3:30pm, went to pick up at 5:15 as our confirmation stated. Pizza don’t even start getting made until after 5:15. Asked for a refund and the money was thrown at me with a smirk on their face.

Ive ordered form this location probably 20+ times. Generally after 9pm as they have a later night offer and a few times prior to 9pm. I must say that I love the consistency here. Always a solid pizza. I've only had a few times wheres it's been mediocre and whether it was a coincidence or not, it was generally prior to 9pm. The late night staff are awesome.
The sauce on the pizzas is a little sweeter and i love the flavors. The crust doesn't overtake the pizza and there's a good portion of toppings.
I love that they have a rewards program and you can also earn free goodies.
