This location is very on unprofessional. I order wings with BBQ sauce on the side for delivery, on arrival there was no seal on the box and my sauce in the box was cracked open. Called the location to report the issue and I was told it's the driver responsibility to put the seal on the order

As someone who has proudly supported Papa Johns for a long time as my favorite pizza franchise, I will never go to this location ever again.
I call in to place an order for pickup and refer to a promotion I see on the front page of their website. I am told the deal does not exist and proceed to place my order as is. When picking up my order I show cashier the promotion I was referring to and he says that it only applies to online carry out orders. I read the fine print and they are correct however, I think the ethical thing to do would be to mention that while on the phone so I could hang up and place online.
Then, I pickup my order and once I get home I noticed that my boneless wings are not sauced at all. So I go back and they make me a new one correctly. Then, so get home and the new chicken they gave me is still frozen in the middle….
Not necessarily a service complaint but I don’t know if the entire franchise overall quality has gone downhill or if it’s just this location but the pizza was quite bad and considering there’s a Little Caesar’s across the street with a carry out deal that’s half the price I think I’ll be going there instead if I want quick low expectation pizza.
