Terrible service i was missing things from my order and they made me the wrong pizza and said that the only thing that they can do is put in a complaint and I had to go pick up the missing item. Wouldn't come and deliver. Worst service ever, this has happened on multiple

Had the worst customer service experience at Papa John's on 053 Simcoe St N, Oshawa, ON, Canada L1G 4X1. Ordered a medium veggie pizza smoothly but encountered a disrespectful service representative during pickup. I unintentionally entered a restricted area, and the rep reacted obnoxiously, yelling and refusing to provide my prepaid pizza. Despite requesting the manager, he claimed to be the manager and refused to provide his name. Frustrated by the disregard for customers, I called him an inappropriate name, triggering a barrage of abusive language. Disappointed by the treatment, I hope Papa John's takes appropriate action and holds the employee accountable. Never stepping foot in Papa John's again.
