Their pho is so good!

The food was good, but the service was TERRIBLE. The young lady serving us clearly had no interest in doing her job. When I tried to get her attention to order, she just looked at me and ignored me. We had to get up and go to the counter ourselves just to order.
Even worse, I noticed the older man only went to certain tables—mainly white customers—while skipping ours completely. That kind of behavior is unacceptable. We are paying customers too, and deserve equal treatment.
This was hands down the WORST service I’ve ever experienced at a Pho restaurant. I left angry and disappointed. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The food was great; however, the service was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE, especially from the YOUNG LADY who served us. She clearly looked like she did not want to be there. When I tried to call her over to place our order, she just stared at me and completely ignored us. We were forced to go to the counter ourselves just to get a menu and place the order.
On top of that, I noticed what appeared to be DISCRIMINATION from the OLDER MALE server. He only went to certain tables—mostly serving white customers—while ignoring others. That is completely unacceptable. We are customers too, and we pay the same money (if not more), and deserve the same respect and service.
Although the food itself was good, the terrible, discriminatory service completely ruined the experience. I was extremely disappointed and angry. This was, by far, the WORST service I have ever received at any Pho restaurant. I will NEVER be coming back, and I will absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve gone to multiple places to get some pho and this is the first one with a wide variety and delicious selection. 5 star’s amazing.
Love this place! Love me a big bowl of pho, love the leftovers. Love the fresh basil and bean sprouts and lime. Love the authentic feel of it all. A staple in my dining repertoire!
Best pho in oshawa
One of the oldest Pho establishments in Oshawa that still serves top quality Pho.
My sister brought us here yesterday, again, May 19, 2025. Ordered our usual pho's and rice combos. While eating I had nosebleed. Ran to the washroom. Brian, a senior staff, went over and brought me some extra napkins. Gave me advice on what to do as he had this too that brought him to the hospital. Although I know what to do and how to deal with my nosebleed I let him tell his experience. I thanked him and and he went back to serving other customers. Now that's customer service!
Food is always great as always.
Thank you Brian!
Authentic, delicious and family friendly everything we got here from the Pho to the Vermeceli bowls both packed great taste and a great dinner well done! (Love the classic viet music playing)
I lived in Oshawa many years. This is the first time I've gone to this restaurant. It used to be the pizza hut on King. It's hard to believe they've been there 15 years.
What I went in today the staff was extremely friendly and my food was hot, and not cold .
And so delicious. Great portions and great flavors. I was oddly surprisedand I will be going back. I've never been one for taking photos of my food and besides I ate it too quickly for an opportunity at a photo LOL

Very nice environment very clean and respectful definitely eat here again I will definitely bring other people the soup the top notch the host was very pleasant
Good food and decent prices go try it
I've been here countless times, but my experiences have consistently been disappointing. The service is very slow, the food is mediocre, and I've noticed some troubling behavior from Brian, particularly towards Asian customers. I witnessed this firsthand today, and it really upset me. Additionally, my friend got food poisoning from this place.
Today, a family of four came in for lunch with their kids, but they were turned away from a table for eight, despite the fact that they had small children in strollers and needed the extra space. Brian rudely said no to them and instead seated them at a table for six. A few minutes later, when two other customers arrived, Brian allowed them to sit at the same table for six behind the Asian family. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
Take this in the restaurant was empty
Their pho soup was watery, using more msg than the beef bones to make the soup. The meat, both rare and cooked were of lower quality. The service was mediocre, the server was not pleasant, no smile and communication was a bare minimum. I would not come back to this restaurant again.
Love the food! Ordered grilled beef and spring roll. The spring roll is extra crispy.
