Philthy Philly’s Oshawa- Athol St.

Was at the Athol Oshawa location tonight and the girl serving me did not look like she was in a good mood and didn’t even ask me if I wanted any sauce on my poutine so I had to use my own chipotle sauce and seasonings as she didn’t ask me so pretty upset about it but haven’t had issues before and I order quite a bit but I guess it is what it is.

Not happy with my order at all. Cauliflower bites were burnt. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was NOT worth what I paid for it. Very disappointed.

I tried their poutine and cheesesteak sandwich. They were both so freaking good and the poutine is genuinely one of the best poutines I’ve had in Ontario. Their service is immaculate. Super friendly and helpful.

the worker was a absolute angel, so kind. along with that the food was amazing and the building was clean. 10/10

I used to like this place but this order was AWFUL. I ordered a perogie poutine- it came with NONE OF THE TOPPINGS LISTED- I called and she stated well I can’t give you a refund, I’ll throw bacon on- I live 35 mins away, I then open my sandwich to this disgusting slopping mess that I legit threw out. 0/10 on service and food- try somewhere else- my order was 70 DOLLARS for two soggy sandwiches drenched in sauce and two poutines that don’t even have the advertised toppings. Never ever will return.

Update! Was told a manager would call me to try and resolve issue- never called. Completely unprofessional. Dirty location

Did the BOGO offer- NOTHING like the pictures. So small, I don’t even think they put all toppings we asked for. I cant tell, it’s so small I’d need to pick up a magnifying glass to tell what’s inside. Not sure if this is because it was an Uber delivery order. A subway 6 inch is WAY BIGGER than their 8 inch Philly cheesesteak

Amazing food for and amazing price. Staff super friendly and attentive to service. A real 10/10 for an overall experience. Was our first time but not our last.

Didn't have the vegetarian or GF gravy, despite it being on the menu

There was an offer “one buy one free”. We ordered two Bronx Chop Cheese sandwiches which were like a joke. It was too small that a normal size adult needs to eat at least three of them. We also ordered poutine but it was even worse. Not enough gravy. It was too dry. Fries were undercooked. We couldn’t eat and threw them away.

Don’t waste your money with this restaurant.

Loved the customer service, great food, and decently priced, too. Definitely a returning customer for sure!
