Cheap staff isn't the way to go... the service my wife and I just received was the worst by far...staff did NOT understand what my wife was asking for, then proceeded to tell my wife that there is no difference between white and whole wheat.. argued about grilling the pita...where do we draw the line with this.. will not be returning to this location again
Very good falafel pita, the staff were also super nice

I’ve been a customer at this pita pit for several years, visiting a minimum of once a week. The last few visits have been sub par, portion sizes are extremely small and customer service isn’t what it once was. Seems this location may be under new management and not willing to make their customers happy. I think I’ll take my business to a different pita pit going forward.
Came in with my daughter and husband, we ordered 3 pitas.... they charged us for 2 pitas and 3 drinks.
When we asked where the 3rd pita was they insisted we didn't order one and it wasn't on the receipt, which it wasn't because they didn't listen when we ordered. The guy working was so rude to us. I get mistakes happen but he was so rude about it and kept telling us we only ordered 2....

Literally the worst experience I have had by far my pitas veggies were definitely not fresh. They normally use shredded Swiss cheese they used a procces cheese slice made by Kraft lmao it was horrible never ever will I ever come here again my lettuce is even soggy and brown

A regular pita and a can of coke is about $18 with tax.... Very expensive considering you can get a lot more food at other fast food restaurants. Not sure if I'll come back mostly based on price.

Love the Southwest chicken pitas. A go to for a healthy meal option.

Last night at approximately 5:45pm I ordered a chicken Slovakia pita with a nestea. The pita did NOT come with any chicken. This has never happened to me before. I paid $17 for my meal and I am requesting for my money back. I will be following up later with the restaurant.
Food is definitely on the expensive for the portion: place is run by young kids that clearly don't care much about customer service. I suggest avoiding for other delicious options nearby.

An absolute rip off. Over 18 bucks for a tiny, lightly stuffed chicken ceaser wrap. Also had to correct the server, that roman lettus is used for ceaser salads not iceberg.
Spend your money elsewhere where it goes alot further.

very strange interaction with Jasleen trying to serve me a stale pita that had completely fallen apart and making it awkward when I asked for another one

Pita tasted stale so I dumped out my regular shawarma wrap into a bowl to eat. A ton of lettuce and very little meat. Not with the price.
