$13 for a small shawarma wrap and there's next to no chicken in it. Absolutely pathetic. I paid for a chicken shawarma wrap. Not a bloody vegetable wrap with a little tiny bit of chicken. I will never be back. Actual shawarma places cannot be beat. At least you taste the chicken. This is absolutely pathetic

I recently visited this place for a quick bite and ordered a black bean burrito. As a vegetarian, I was shocked to see that they grilled meat on the exact same spot on the grill before grilling my veggies. This was absolutely disgusting and felt disrespectful to anyone with dietary restrictions. I asked for a whole wheat pita but was given a white one instead, adding to the disappointment. It was clear the workers didn’t care about the quality of the food they were serving. Overall, a disastrous experience—definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.
Vegetarian options: Do not visit if you are a vegetarian.

As silly as it is- became a road trip must.
Great service, super Clean and the BEST change table in the super clean bathroom. Small things made a huge difference with a baby.

You can tell the training or the care for the job. It’s just not there for the employees. Every time I have gone to this location last six months, my pita has been torn, pulled apart and spilling out the sides and the workers never even offered to fix it, when I ask , they huff and puff , and I’ve even been told no before .As much as this is a great place, if you’re a person who gets pitas while travelling or going from sport to sport, this location may not be ideal as they do not prioritize presentation. I myself have worked at PitaPit before, and I know this type of customer service is poor. I love PitaPit, but I don’t know if I’ll be going to this location anymore.

Been coming here for a long time.. first time i had an issue i wasn’t freaking out even though they minced the wrapper in my childs smoothie! She was spitting out the plastic and i thought it was fruit only to confirm that it was full of the blue plastic wrap! I told the owner she was apologetic now I ordered a wrap which is no longer on the menu again as they change it all the time and now they don’t know what I'm talking about even though I have ordered it every time I go in. The girls gave me attitude and Im over this location! The attitude comes with your order here so just be prepared!

I got feta in my pita and when I went to eat it it taste like goat cheese!!! I hate goat cheese! I asked the girl who made it and she said that someone mixed goat cheese into the feta! What the hell?! I couldn't eat my pita and what if I was allergic?? They didn't refund me.
Found a HAIR in my frozen yogurt!!!!! DISGUSTING!!! When I spoke to one of the girls that served me over the phone she spoke to me with an attitude alongside claiming no refund because i left the restaurant without noticing anything. The two girls have awful customer service and make the restaurant feel very uncomfortable.

Small portion size and heavily over priced. 2 large pits for 30$ and biting into a pita wrap where there should be toppings. Stay away, there are local run places near that serve better, fresher food, with real protein choices!

I would like to know what exactly is the difference if I pay for double meat whether it’s on the wrap or not? I have been to pita pit multiple other times at other locations with no problem in having my order placed like this but here it’s a problem. I’m paying for extra meat… what does it matter if it’s on the side or in the wrap? Does the employee not know what she’s doing or is this a store rule? Please advise so I know whether to return here or not.
