Was contacted by someone who said they were “pizza hut international” and addressed by name (did not provide his name) after requesting a refund for a cancelled order. (I ended up ordering on DoorDash after the fact from this restaurant.) The entire call I was shamed and interrupted when asked why I was using a third party app and guilt tripped over a 3$ difference in price + was told that I could have saved more using the website. Unfortunately the reason I used DoorDash is because the official website removed my pizza during checkout therefore I requested a refund for that cancelled order. Was shocked at the unprofessional response from someone seemingly higher up who I thought would be discussing my refund inquiry, not shaming me for simply ordering a pizza for “research purposes.” Do better.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolute WORST customer service. I called because my order was to be delivered between 5:16-5:26, it was 5:30 and my order was showing that it was just going into the oven… I asked to speak with the manager, long story short, asked if they were going to compensate this because now I have no time to eat before I need to leave for my event and the dude on the phone offered me a cookie and the proceeded to tell me it would then be longer because they have to cook it, I said no. He does ok a pop. Like excuse me? What kind of customer service is this. Will NEVER return to this location.

Didn’t deliver the pizza on October 31st, 2025 and marked it as delivered. Called and called and called. No one answered the phone. The food was for the kids and they had to wait without food for hours. No food still.

Really unhappy with last night's order. I did the 50% off deal through the app for pick up. Brought it home and it smelled funny. Took a bite and just about puked because the person upfront didn't clean the blade of the cutter before cutting my pizza. I have suspected arfid and when a pepperoni pizza tastes like beef and onion, it's a huge no from me. Don't think I'll be back until front of house are trained
