Ordered online on a Tuesday for pickup. Unfortunately, they had a $2 personal pan pizza special which attracted too many customers that were occupying the entire entrance in the store. All orders were delayed because of the overwhelming number of people walking in for the special. This special should be rethought and implemented differently.

Kudos to Yuvraj for his politeness and excellent service. I ordered chicken ceaser and got it customized. He was being very considerate and made us the best pizza I ever had. Would recommend it to all my friends.

I have been ordering from Pizza Hut for a while and even gave this location a 5-star review in the past. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel the need to change my review.
One of the pizzas I received was undercooked, and the other was overly spicy. When I called the store to share my concerns, I was told, “this is the standard pizza” and that if I didn’t like it, I shouldn’t order from them again. This response was rude and unprofessional.
Given this experience, I will likely not order from this store again. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves both food quality and customer service.

Did they change ownership? Pizza Hut used to have lots of sauce and cheese. Pizza tonight barely had any sauce or cheese. Quite a few pieces with none at all. Plenty of pepperoni though, which is odd. Customer service promptly sent out replacements which were no better. Bacon on the third pizza, which we didn’t replace, was undercooked as was the dough. Wings were good. All in all, extremely disappointing.

Had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. I was kindly greeted and was assisted by the employee. Phil was kind and extremely friendly I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, Phil was patient and more than happy to accommodate. I will go back just for Phils service! By far one of the best experiences i’ve had at a pizza place.
