Horrible place bad service team is horrible never going again. You’re wasting your time. Food is bad quality not worth. I took the pizza to the car looked like a bug and unsanitary.

This location is a joke. Been ordering from pizza nova for years never had any issues. The first time the pizza was burnt we let it slide maybe it was a one off. The second time we ordered 20 wings and only got 14. 14 wings for $30. Over cooked and completely inedible. Called customer service and they said the restaurant put 20. The reviews are real about this location they do not care. Find another location before ordering here.

We have been loyal customers because the service and pizza has always been the best but today I am extremely disappointed by the service especially the driver Mr Rahmanzai actions. My husband normally does pick up with no problems.. I had done delivery today, bad idea.. not only did it take 45 mins but the pizza was burnt.. I did not ask for well done.. it was hard all around and tasted burnt. I don't typically ever complain but we could not stomach it and my kids were starving at this point. So I called customer service, I was kind and respectful. She was kind enough to send us another pizza. The same driver comes back 30 mins later with our delivery and asks for the first pizza BACK... I was flabbergasted.. this man had the audacity to question my honesty and dignity BY TELLING ME THEY NEED TO SEE THE PIZZA TO CONFIRM IT WAS BURNED and give me the new one. I was so mad but remained calm, went back into the house and got the pizza box out of the garbage. Then he takes the burnt pizza and tries to convince me that at Pizza Nova, this is how they make it.. I kindly said no sir I've been having pizza nova from this location for years and it never tasted like burnt pizza. The cheese and crust are the best part never hard or burnt. I'm truly disappointed by the experience being someone whose enjoyed Pizza Nova for the past 25 years. Please trust your customers, Customer service is the heart of any good company.
After a long and hectic day while moving the houses, I and friend went there. The staff member suggested good promotion for two pizzas.

The few recent times we’ve ordered from here our orders are sent consistently wrong. One time our pizza was burnt, the other we asked for extra sauce and we get dry chicken, and so much more.

Ordered pizza online on December 24, 2024 @ 930-10PM, suppose to be Online but made a mistake in not placing the order, they offered me a medium pizza which was already made but was not picked up for discounted price i agreed but i need one more medium pizza when the guy cash me out it turned out its 23.99$ same as if my order online went thru so i told him no i will just ordered online them because i will get the pizza i like and fresh, thats where he get upset and told me its gonna take 15mins i should wait outside because they are cleaning or order somewhere else to make the long story short got my order with a discount with old pizza and the other 1 fresh. Hope staff are more professional and not act rude. Ciao
