Just got scammed by the Indians who works there ordered on uber eats and iv called I said what I said he was talking over me his last words were ( have fun ) and he hung up iv called uber to report him the location is ( 1 Warren ave Oshawa ) my kids been hungry we have waited for 3 hours , looks like he scammed me after I placed the order 3 hours ago yeah it was around 3 hours , so I lost my money aswell he said the driver it’s on its way , there’s been no driver , sounded like he lied he did , and pizza nova runs there own delivery drivers on uber eats aswell I requested a updated an hour ago still nothing I got nothing back from uber eats or the guy calling me from pizza nova , now making late dinner for my kids , but he’s been reported , and iv called the police ! And spoken to uber eats

Don’t order from this store! Ordered pizza for my grandsons 3rd birthday. We waited for 45 minutes past the time of promised delivery and called. They said it would be coming soon. Then relayed what we ordered and it was wrong. He promised to send the wrong pizza for free. Then didn’t. When I called and complained he promised to credit us $20. That didn’t happen either. When I complained to head office they called him and he blatantly lied stating he didn’t say any of that. LIAR and Untrustworthy! Find a different pizza place.

First time being disappointed with the food, the pizza crust had a soggy bottom, bacon was under cooked. I ordered wings with hot sauce on the side but they put the sauce on them. So the wings lost their crisppness. I like very little hot sauce is why I asked for it on the side. Please do better I know you can. Very disappointing

First time trying ? Pizza Nova.. Pricing is similar to other pizza places. But the pizza tasted excellent, lots of toppings and sauce. Was able to order & food was ready quickly which I appreciate, we got takeout. The employees are very friendly and personable. The parking is right in front.
Parking: Big parking lot with lots of parking spots in front and wheelchair parking as well
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking right in front of the entrance doors.

Was not the best Pizza Nova experience for me, but it might have been one of the only couple options available to be fast and be available after 10pm on a Monday! Especially for a person with lowest knowledge about the area!The server was nice and professional, place was clean. But the Pizza slice he warmed up for me wasn't warm enough, cold in the middle but I was,in and out in 5min which was a blessing.
