I ordered the lasagna for take out, which is delicious at other locations. At this one, the bottom was burned. The service wasn't very friendly. The garlic bread never tastes like garlic and it was somewhat soggy. When I removed the bottom, the rest of the lasagna was good.

Large order arrived right on time but was missing an item. Called the customer service line and was told the item is worth $4.99. The lady was so generous she said I’ll have a credit of $5 on my next order. So I’m still paying the tax on an item I didn’t get. What a joke. Pizzas were great.

Train or have a better selection for your delivery crew. One of them hit my friend walking with her toddler! The driver is being charged with careless driving. My frind and her toddler are traumatized!
My son and I got hit by one of the delivery drivers while crossing the street. Do not recommend this place.

AVOID THIS place like cancer came in at 11:00:pm on thursdav June 5 to see the employee sitting on the table ware they make the food on his phone we stood there for a few minutes and he haddent even looked up what kind of service is this the amount of health code violation is astonishing! Will be contacting corporate and the health and safety as this is DISGUSTING

Got a party pizza for my family. After eating some of it and young children eating some of it, we noticed mold on the bottom of the pizza. We called the restaurant to explain and ask for another pizza. The most irritating part was that instead of the restaurant being understanding and apologetic, the man was arguing with us, without even seeing the pizza, saying that it's normal. When my fiance got fed up with the man arguing, he said he cooks for a living, he knows what mold looks like and the man continued to argue with him saying he cooks for a living too. It was very clearly green mold all throughout the crust. We had to send pictures over email for them to remake pizza for us and deliver the new pizza. Horrible customer service, you should never argue with your customers especially without even seeing the pizza.

I just want to share my experience last night in the store. 2 guys working are rude. They dont help when you asked questions. It feels like they rush you to order even though there no other customers probably so that they can use their phone at the back. They are not happy to work at all. A lot of people are looking for job and deserve that job even more.
