It was my first time at Pizza Nova. Had a really disappointing experience with the cashier. He was an older gentleman who was extremely rude. I asked him how was the lasagna and he passed a snarky comment saying well no one in 19 years has complained about it. Then I asked him for extra cheese on the pizza and he got even more upset saying I made him re enter everything.

I ordered the Italian Garlic Parm wings, expecting a saucy wing, but was pleasantly surprised to find out they are a dry wing with a crunchy exterior. I really enjoyed them and will return for more. The guy who cashed me out was super friendly and quick.

Ordered the walk in pepperoni on Friday night. They said 15 minutes. I waited in my truck for a little over 10 minutes then went in. Waited 10 more minutes before I saw the girl behind the counter notice me. About five minutes later, I watched my medium pepperoni go in the oven. 10 minutes later she gave me my pizza with no mention of what had happened. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. The pizza was like cardboard when I went to eat it.I ended up missing 15 minutes of the expensive golf simulator time I had booked and didn’t even end up with the pizza I have always loved from Nova.I won’t go back to this location. Still love pizza Nova though.It’s funny, there is a little Caesars in the plaza where I was going but I went 10 minutes out of my way to get pizza Nova. Next time I’m going hot n ready.

I casually eat here , pizza is up to the expectations all the times.
Just got home to discover the large pepperoni pizza I ordered is burnt and impossible to enjoy with such a charred underside. Was told over the phone my order would be ready in 20 minutes. The crazy part is when I showed up at exactly 20 minutes, I was told my pizza is almost ready, as the employee proceeded move the pizza around in the oven. What a disappointment.

The pizza is ok. I'm not a huge fan of pizza Nova but my wife is. I eat it cause the pizza isn't terrible. Now in saying that I was not overly impressed with the pizza slices we got. The pizza to me sat too long. But I digress and we will still continue to go there but it's okay pizza.
