I went to this Pizza Pizza to get Pizza but when I entered the store and ask to open the washroom they didn’t allow me and said it was locked purposely. So, I thought waste of eating over here during the night time and I went to other store. Worst Experience.

The pizza is good but I was eating and the worker coughed all over the food I almost threw up they don’t use gloves and they use their dirty ones that they never wash workers hectares and put it on the pizza

On the evening of June 9, 2025, I stopped by this location to purchase a medium cheese pizza as well as some dipping sauce. I paid for the pizza and waited outside in my car for them to prepare and bake it. When I returned to pick up my cheese pizza, the pizza box was dirty, lopsided and looked used. The tamper proof seal was torn. I was furious because when I inquired they made it seem like nothing was wrong with the box. It was clearly tampered with, eventually they switched the box but even then, I did not trust them to make me a new pizza due to reprisal and retaliation. If policy or integrity wasn't considered when I picked it up then believing that they would rectify my situation with good intentions is a delusion.

Cheese goes on the bottom. Toppings go on top. They’re even called TOPPINGS so it should be a pretty easy concept. Apparently there is no way to place an order without getting extra cheese on top. Too bad this brand got ruined. Used to be my favourite (WAY back) but I will just order from Dominos from now on.
