Cheese goes on the bottom. Toppings go on top. They’re even called TOPPINGS so it should be a pretty easy concept. Apparently there is no way to place an order without getting extra cheese on top. Too bad this brand got ruined. Used to be my favourite (WAY back) but I will just order from Dominos from now on.

They burned the crust, it is toasted like a biscuit. I asked the employee that you made a mistake and the employee over there arguing that it is the machine , they have no control when it is burned and the employee doesn’t respect customers opinion. Disgusting behaviour ruining the reputation of pizza pizza. This happens to Apr 14, 2025 around 9:30pm.

My family orders pizza from here all the time it’s not bad. But one of the employees tried to get my teenage sister to purchase $25 worth of food when she was trying to claim a free pizza sliced that she acquired from the raptors game the night before. When confronted she said the same thing to me and i told her that’s not how it works and no one asked me to buy food in order to redeem my slice the last time I was there which was not even a week prior. The employee then said she “didn’t know” and that she would ask. She pretended to be on the phone with someone and I only knew this because she held her phone to her ear, but didn’t say a word the entire time, and her phone screen was on showing no call being active. After a few minutes of making us wait she put the phone down and just gave us the slices. The rest of the staff have always been kind to us though, never had a problem with anyone else.

The worker just sneezed on the pizza!!! 🤢🤢The other workers at the back touched multiple surfaces and went back to adding the toppings and did not wash their hands!! 😳😳😳 I was here today, on a Tuesday in line. The place was busy due to the school around it. The worker sneezed on the slices of pizza on display. If your employees are sick, please stay home or WEAR A MASK! 🤢🤢

Take out | Lunch | CA$1–10 I been going here for a while now and there is an older man there that has cashed me out a few times. What was weird is when he put my transaction through he would lean over on the debit machine press ok and another button, I never got to accept my own total. I caught on he was adding a tip without me realizing. I looked at the prices on the board doesnt match my total. This is crazy tryna scam me extra money!. Watch out you maybe me paying extra.

This place is the worst place for food because the amount they give u is so little and so expensive. The tables were not clean and you have to ask for permission to open the bathroom. The employees weren’t even wearing gloves when making my food. The manager was so rude and was not listening to us, he was ignoring us. I don’t recommend coming to this place ever.

Another pizza pizza that doesn’t follow the standards of what pizza pizza guides their franchises to use for amount of sauce or cheese.
Ordered a pizza with creamy garlic base and all I got was dough, barely any cheese, and drizzles of creamy garlic here and there. Barely any toppings, asked for chilli flakes and they were stingy with that too…
When i complained and showed them the pizza the workers argued and told me how the colour of the creamy garlic and dough were the same as the cheese and that’s why it looks like there’s no sauce…
