This USED to be a good location, but lately they've gone WAY down. Taking old cheese pizzas, tossing toppings on top, re-heating it to the point where it's burnt level and selling it as fresh level of bad. The topping aren't enough attached to the pre-cooked cheese. They've 100% lost a regular customer.

Today I went to this location to pick up a pizza, my first time ordering from Pizza Pizza in over three years. The cashier served two customers before me, handling cash and the computer, and then immediately began preparing chicken wings without washing her hands or putting on gloves. She used her bare hands, despite having long nail extensions to pick up the wings and place them in the deep fryer. When I suggested she wear gloves, she ignored me and offered no apology. About five minutes later, the manager approached and offered me a free pizza, which I declined. I will not be returning to this location.

I came to Pizzapizza yesterday evening, I gave order at front. The Staff was extremely nice and friendly. She served me with a warm smile while taking my order, which made me feel better. It was busy but still I received my order on time.

Came into this location for the first time and witnessed the cashier not using gloves to handle uncooked chicken wings to add to the deep fryer after she handled the cash register. She did not wash her hands prior and she had nail extensions. When suggestion was made that she should be using gloves she ignored. No apology of accountability on her behalf. After staying in the store after getting my pizza for 5mins the Manager came and apology and tried to justify giving a free pizza. Not acceptable in the food industry. Thank goodness I didn't order wings but definitely will not be returning back.
Honestly the best pizza place in ALL of durham! I highly suggest taking the extra time to drive to this specific location, even if you live next to a pizza pizza. These guys truly love what they do and are genuinely really nice people! BEST PIZZA AROUND! 🍕

I ordered a Veggie Pizza today and was very disappointed. It looked carelessly made — no presentation, just thrown together and baked. The taste was poor and clearly not prepared with care.
To the staff and management: if you can’t take the time to make food properly, please don’t serve it. I urge the owner to taste what’s being delivered to customers. An apology can’t be accepted every time , please maintain basic quality and pride in your food.

One of the worst pizza pizza location The guy at the counter is a manner less dude with no sense of customer service. God knows what the management does by hiring such a jerk as I see a lot of complaints on the same dude in this section. Should be removed completely because he has no interest in his work and only knows how to be rude towards customer in a customer service job. Never would recommend and urge people to stop going to this location.
