It was the worst pizza I ever had. Delivery only took maybe 15 minutes. Soggy cold, I think it was a mistake from another order Only extra typing was Doble cheese. It was not I ordered from this place before. Usually pretty good I will be ordering from elsewhere. Literally

I placed an online order for pickup. Prior to paying for the pizza, notice a topping was missing. However, pressed for time I requested if something could be done regarding there mishap. The lady at the front desk, went to get the manager who is a male with a bob cut. He aggressively grabbed the pizza from my hands and said he will call head office to see what can be done. Based on the aggressive behaviour and attitude, it made me extremely uncomfortable so I left the store without any pizza. The manager needs to complete training on customer service and conduct. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely disgusted. I watched two employees make multiple pizzas without washing their hands. I am also very postive that I saw my pizza was pre frozen. I went on to ask the female employee if my pizza was frozen she gave me a weird look and said no.. I’m pretty sure it was, and I’m also pretty sure they just added fresh cheese to it after they had it in the oven for a bit… When I questioned the female employee if they wear gloves she got very defensive I then asked if they wash their hands after taking orders and touching the machine at the front and she said yes, I mentioned that I did not see her wash hands. She said that’s not your pizza I touched and She just walked away from me rudely and started speaking to her colleague in a different language. I said that it’s still someone else’s pizza you’re serving, no reaponse.After that she washed her hands twice, with NO soap and continued to make food.Thank you for wasting my time and money, definitely will not be returning.

Ordered off the to good to go app. When I arrived elderly man was rude. Went to back and gave 4 slices of pizza which were freezing cold like they were in freezer and looked to be a few days old. I asked about the other stuff that they had advertised that allegedly went into box and was met with it's only 4 slices of pizza while he walked away rudely.I wasn't expecting anything great but days old pizza frozen and rude customer service now explains why the rating is so low on the app for them.Disappointed in customer service.

Hello!I just wanted to share the amazing service I received at this location! The staff are very welcoming, as someone who does not speak the best English the staff took their time and went through the menu with me. It was extremely thoughtful! Not to mention, it was excellent delicious food, I had a pizza and wings. It was absolutely devine. Will definitely revisit this location!
