Pathetic service i picked my order when i came back i got very big hair in my pizza bite when i called them and explained they cut my call and again i called them they put me on hold for 10minutes after so many time tried then i talked to custmer care nd explained everything but they guys dont appologize. Not enough toppings and over cooked. I've been ordering here for years but over the last year or so the quality has gone down a lot!! They don't use enough cheese to cover the pizza and there are barely any toppings. I'm tired of it. I won't be ordering here anymore.

i used to come here nearly every other day for a slice at the minimum, if not a pizza and now i rarely come here at all. especially at night, there are homeless men barefoot right at the doors and windows of the establishment, garbage and junk strewn all across the walkway. there’s always random boxes in the parking lot.
also, i understand that you guys are hand making the pizza but asking for a tip on a 10 dollar pizza is a little much. not even pizza nova asked me for a tip, nor dominos. seems a bit scammy when you guys don’t ask the customer if they even want to tip you just hand the register over as such. and i particularly don’t want to pay a tip when you let homeless men live on the premises.
i also have started noticing the quality of the food lacking over the years, not just due to recession but half the time we ask for a pizza well done; or if we ask for something else it usually doesn’t happen and we have doughy pizza. i see more conversation between workers than with customers.
please don’t respond unkindly, i understand we are all in a recession but you guys are not a homeless shelter and that is ultimately why i wrote this review.

Terrible service. After dealing with the same lady at the front counter numerous times, she made it her point to act like she didn't know me. After trying to identify myself for my order, she went to the back where the only thing I could recognize her saying to her colleagues was her repeatedly yelling my FULL NAME. She then made me wait, only to tell me that what I provided as identification wasn't good enough and that she wasn't going to serve me. It was a completely disrespectful and humiliating experience.
I should add, this is for an online order that I was coming there to pick up, and I could see the order was completed. This was made clear by the customer support person calling immediately after I left, to go back to and pick up my order. Unfortunately, he was no better being untruthful about typing out my complaint and the call being recorded (in Canada you need to state the call is being recorded, which he didn't), and was only concern about fulfilling the order.
Also, they are cheap on the ingredients (from previous orders). Even when you ask for a original pizza, they give you a thin slice pizza.
I do not recommend this location in the least, and only went there due to its proximity to my location. I just check to see the recent reviews and there is a clear pattern that has developed of unprofessional behaviour.
Not the level of food or service I have been accustom to for over 40 years from Pizza Pizza. They have lost what they once had, and doubt it will ever come back.

The pizza sucks, and they don't let people use the bathroom. 👎🏻
Rudest location ever. Literally saying “what do you think I’m saying” to 2 college girls that didn’t hear him saying “Girls” not an order not a number. I bit my tongue. Then a lady came in also asked to use the washroom. The worker asked the guy working the cash. He ignored the question. I got my pizza and waited to see if he was going to reply. He didn’t so I spoke up and asked if she could. He goes the key is locked in the bathroom. Bs you ignored her. You have more than 2 sit down tables you are obligated to have a restroom in order.

I am here on a Sunday for quick lunch , the gentleman that served us was amazing with a great attitude and a smile , prepared the food very fast and it tasted great , he is a trooper.his name is George, I recommend for the owner of this franchise to give this man a raise, well deserved 👏, also we have met revathi young lady cashier extremely polite greeted us with an amazing smile , customer service 100 💯 percent great job
