Would rate a negative if possible!! Terrible experience! I receive a call from the store and they tell me my food is at the door and after 5 mins another call to let me know my meal plan doesn’t work and I’ll have to pay for it to which I agreed and after mins another call!! To tell me to cancel the order and place it again and that’s the best they can do!

I wanted to share my honest feedback after ordering from Pizza Pizza recently. It was my wife’s birthday, and we decided to order two pizzas for the family. I usually go with Domino’s or Red Swan, but this time I wanted to support Canadian businesses, sadly, that turned out to be a mistake.
The pizza we received was honestly the worst I’ve ever tasted. One of the pizzas had chicken and olives as toppings. I don’t know if olives are free for you, but it felt like the whole jar was dumped on the pizza — it was completely overwhelming, and worse, the olives themselves tasted terrible. As for the chicken, it seemed like frozen chunks were thrown on top without being cooked properly. It was tough and dry.
I also paid extra for garlic base sauce, but that too was a disaster, bland and didn’t blend with the rest of the pizza at all.
We’ve tried Pizza Pizza before and didn’t feel this strongly, but after this experience, we’re done. Maybe this particular store is just exceptionally bad, I can’t say for sure. But I can confidently say we will never be ordering from Pizza Pizza again.

I was visiting from Manitoba and haven't had proper pizza pizza in years.
We have one on base but it's contracted out and not an actual establishment.
I came by pretty late to grab a medium pizza with just pepperoni and some dipping sauce.
Pizza was made fresh and it was nice and hot and also very tasty.
The guy behind the counter was pretty awesome also.

I visit this pizza store almost every week and usually enjoy the experience. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. It was a very hot day, and to make things worse, the AC inside the store was not working. The temperature inside was unbearable — it was so hot that we were literally sweating while waiting for our order.
We had gone there specifically to dine in, but the heat made it impossible to stay, so we had to take our food home instead. I also felt really bad for the staff working in those conditions — it’s completely unfair to expect employees to work in such extreme heat.
This isn’t just about customer comfort, it’s about basic working conditions. I hope the management takes this seriously and fixes the air conditioning as soon as possible. Customers and staff both deserve better.
Great place to get a snack after work. The staff in the evening were super friendly. The cashier was very good at explaining the different pizzas they had out at the front and she even helped me find a new favorite. 5/5 would recommend to anyone craving a late night slice.
