Very thankful to the staff at this location. I accidentally requested the wrong topping on the pizza (needed halal pepperoni). They ended up making me an entirely new pizza at free of charge!!! Save your money and don't order from here!! Tonight was the first time we ordered from this Pizzaville and it will be the last. We ordered the 2 panzo combo. The panzerottes were so thin on one side that you could see though it. When someone orders a pepperoni extra cheese, you would expect to get more then 2 pieces of pepperoni and for the cheese to be cooked, and the second panzo was no better. Well neither of those things happened. This Pizzaville in Oshawa on Simcoe St N is nothing like the one in Whitby at Brock Street South and Plummer. We never had a problem with the food there when we ordered. If I could give the Oshawa store a negative 10 I would!!
