I went here for a Valentine's Day bash and had to say that I was impressed! The whole banquet hall gives a rustic yet updated vibe of Polish culture, with amazing Chandeliers all across the gymnasium. The stage was massive enough for the DJ to work his magic and the food they offered was enough to feed an army (for only 35 dollars a person)!Thoroughly impressed and would recommend this hall and its event to anyone.

Elizabeth and the hall staff were all very helpful and easy to work with. We rented the lower hall which was spacious for our 80 wedding reception guests. Elizabeth was very patient when we had to make adjustments as the number of guests increased. The hall was very clean and well maintained with plenty of parking, and has a nice outdoor area for wedding photos. We had the turkey and chicken buffet with pies for dessert. All the food was well prepared and very good quality. Both the planning and actual day of the event were a very positive experience. We highly recommend this hall to anyone planning a wedding reception.Bob and Lilly

What a great staff. The venue was perfect for our event, and they went above and beyond to make sure the night went exactly the way we had it pictured. I can't imagine a better location ( people, food, price, and service in the Durham region). Thank you, Elizabeth

Stumbled across this little hall one day years ago, upon entering had the nostrils not picked up on the decadent aromas wafting from below I would have thought I was in the wrong place. Once I landed downstairs I was treated to a wonderfully simple yet mouth watering menu. First time there I had sausage and sauerkraut and Flaczki which I hadn't had since my mother made it last time in 1982 what a treat! The sausage... never in all the years of eating all manor of sausage did I experience anything so tasty! The meal was served up by three delightful experienced ladies and in conversation with them I discovered that one of these ladies once babysat a girl I went out with years ago. An absolute "must visit" every time I go back to Oshawa when on business.
