Always understaffed and never ready to actually serve customers. Ordering ahead using the mobile app is also useless as they didn't even start making until a few minutes after I got there and said I was here to pick it up. I ordered at 8pm, got to the store at 813, which should be more than enough time and didn't get my food until 824. Doesn't matter time of day either. I've ordered food in the afternoon, during the week it doesn't matter. Slowest fast food in the city.
Very disappointed with the 8 chicken nuggets I received. They were extremely small—about half the size they usually are. Definitely not worth the price this time.

I ordered 8 pieces of dark meat only (6 were original and 2 were spicy). I also ordered fries and honey garlic wings. When the guy put chicken in the container, he put chicken breast pieces. So I told him to only dark meats. He said 'no problem'. Then he put another breast pieces, so I asked him again only dark meats. I found out later that he put 3 breast pieces and 5 dark meats. The server was lying to me, he put 1 spicy when I asked 2. The fries were less than usual, the chickens were cut and prepared differently than usual. The honey garlic wings were spicy rather than sweet. They were very small wings. I think the owner of this place is different person. It was my family's go-to Popeyes but not anymore as we were disappointed last night.

Gave me wrong order, did not show me receipt, made a false receipt to make it seem like I ordered the wrong thing. Awful customer service, never going back here do not recommend.
