We ordered at 10:30PM and they told us that dining room is closed even though their website says dine in hours are til 11. They also didn’t tell us when we were ordering, only while we were waiting. They should change their website info if they want to change their dining hours.

We ordered for take out. One-2 piece spicy chicken combo and a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Got home, the sandwich was good, however the pieces of chicken didn't smell or taste right , smelt off. I called the restaurant to tell them, they insisted that the chicken was okay. I went back to the restaurant to get a refund. They were still insisting that the chicken was good. I insisted on a refund. After 10 minutes of waiting the girl finally went to the cash register and issued me a refund for the 2 piece chicken combo. Will be a very long time before I ever go back to any Popeyes.

I stopped by the other day because I was craving chicken nuggets, I got an 8 pack.It was right around noon and the nuggets were prepared fresh as there were none in the warming tray. After about five minutes, I was off for a parking lot lunch.The nuggets were on the small side, but, were fresh, hot, crispy and moist inside. Paired with a packet of Blackened Ranch and a packet of Bayou Buffalo they were pretty great.

No Toilet paper in the rest room. The manager decided he was putting my order in one bag no matter what, so he decided to just press on it to flatten it to fit in the bag, right in front of me. Then did not give me a cup for my drink, made a comment when I had to ask for it.
Ordered 4 Spicy chicken combo and 8 PC nugget combo, the chicken and nuggets were way too crispy like over heated and dark color. Seems like reheated. Bad quality food. This place is always smoky and they don't care.

My wife and I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal, and one of the pieces (the breast part) tasted terrible! The chicken tasted like it had been spoiled and refried. The lady on duty on February 10, 2024, at 3 pm was very rude, telling us that all chicken tastes the same! This isn't the first time we've ordered from Popeyes at this branch, but today was different. The customer service was really bad; instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and potential food poisoning they could cause, they argued that the food was fine. They even told me that when ordering, I should have specified not to include the breast. This lady has told me rudely what she has supposed to do.

The lady on the cash gave me attitude and not interested to explain. Myself and my daughter chosen to dinein but when we seat on the table it is filthy. We told the other employee and he came and clean the table.I suggest whoever is the owner of this place better closely supervise your staffs and proper followups required.We really don't want to come again even if this location the closest to us !!!

Kudos to the crew for seeing through the orders on a busy day. The wait was long but the crew is doing their best to handle it well. Their task is not the easy so we have to understand them as it is not their fault that the line was long and orders came in big.
