I was really looking forward to trying Popeyes again, but this visit was a total letdown. The chicken was super greasy and barely warm when I got it. The fries were soggy and tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while. To make things worse, the staff didn’t seem very friendly or organized — I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my order, and they still forgot the dipping sauce I paid for.
Honestly, for the price, I expected way better quality and service. Not sure I’ll be coming back also you need to improve your customer service

Placed 2 orders in the evening through the app and when I showed up the store was closed! Have to go through customer support now to get my money back or pay a visit the next day, if they’re even open! Ridiculous.

Ordered through the app, got there to find out that the store was closed two hours earlier than usual. The app and Google both said it was still open. Not even a sign on the door. This is the second time this has happened in the past month - they need to fix their hours. Would not recommend ordering from this store through the app in the evening.

I have ordered from this location before but today i am furious. I ordered their boneless wings and nuggets through uber eats for the first time and the wings were literally raw in the middle, it was soggy and tasted horrible i barely had bits where it was cooked but bad decision as now i got food poisoning. How can a chicken place serve raw chicken is beyond my understanding.

Usually I never post any reviews, but the guy at counter always provides best service, and warm gestures made me post the review here, last night (6th jan) around 7:30-7:45 I went to pick up my wings and nuggets, the guy with specs always does his job best. I appreciate it.

My friends and I really like to eat Popeyes chicken, but lately this location has added different spices and tastes to Popeyes recipe. It doesn't taste original, it tastes like Indian food with Indian smells, it was very unpleasant to eat last order. If I wanted Indian food I would have ordered it, but the alteration on the original receipt doesn't make the impression.

I had ordered a meal at 6:06pm on October 30, 2024. It took them 40 minutes to get my order. They were slow and did not care for the customer service and valued the Uber drivers more than the in person clients. They did not care about the quality of service but had taken their time in being lazy. I’m very upset with this service. No compensation was giving for making someone wait more than 40 minutes to get a chicken sandwich combo ready. They were not apologetic and simply did not care for customer satisfaction. Absolutely disgusting service.
