Burger was good, DO NOT ORDER LATTICE FRIES!, they need to be taken off the menu, fake potato saturated in oil, chewy, worst fries EVER! Others had real fries, they were good.

Went tonight before the Paul Brandt concert and it was the worst service, food and atmosphere ever. We had reservations for 6 pm and we placed our order right away. It took over an hour for wraps and nachos to arrive. The staff gave our food to the wrong table and we had to wait for the food to be prepared again. When it arrives the fries were stone cold and my husband’s nachos were soggy. Waited over a half an hour for the bill. The show had started by the time we were done. Don’t waste your time or money.

Went with Mom and sister. Ordered Tarragon chicken. Food was very delicious. Sauce so flavourful. Vegetables cooked perfectly, not too mushy. Yummy potatoes. Our waitress Kate was friendly and thoughtful. This was the best meal at a restaurant. Ignore low ratings. Food arrived at the perfect temperature and with plenty of time to enjoy before the event.

We had reservations at 4:30, arrived 4:25, ordered. Tables that came in after us received their food, not us finally our waiter came to us, after 30 minutes and said oh I will look into your order. Another 15 minutes and 2 other staff members brought our food. Our waiter came by and asked how our food was i told him my wasn't very good he just oh and walked away. I barely touched mine as it tasted off, like it had been sitting for awhile. When our waiter picked up our plates I told him again that mine was awful and he said sorry I will bring the bill!!! Nothing about what was wrong no offer of anything. Extremely disappointed as we are season ticket holders and like to go to the restaurant before games.

Truthfully, not as bad as many Reviews on here would indicate. Service was slow, but the restaurant seemed understaffed. Appetizers were cold, but quality was fine. Entrees were standard quality for a sports bar, and came out warmer than the appetizers. View of the rink surface from the table we had was excellent.

Okay big Gennys fan here and finally got some section 200 seats. I prefer to sit in the real seats in the stands but they were a gift. You know cuz we got to get loud for the boys! Over all the years I have never had a good experience in the restaurant but thought it would be cool to sit on the balcony above the restaurant, on the outside of the second level. (Sorry shoulda taken some pics but it was overwhelming AF up there lol) That place just needs some help or direction. Young server not trained properly, food sooo frigging expensive for what you get. 16 for a ceasar salad?....thats 3 more dollars than the Keg!! Lol. The server just heard Stella and rolls out hard to ring in a large draught! If you dont ask....you bring a can or bottle, not the most over priced size ever, thats not upselling, thats sneaky sales lol. I think the Tribute Center head office ppl need to spread the money and resources around better or somethin! This place is sad, and not a good look for the Gennys home!

I went with my family to have a bite to eat before the hockey game. Before arriving I had taken a look at the reviews and saw the low rating.. so we went in with lower expectations. But honestly, I get to leave a good review. Our waitress had told us ahead of time that they were short staffed so the wait times may be slower. We were a party of 5 and we were looked after at a good pace with it being incredibly busy. The food came out hot and fresh and everyone had enjoyed their meal. I would come back again to try more items on the menu!

Tried to order the spicy wrap, they came back and said it wasn’t available tonight. Ok, picked a burger. Burger arrived half cold , and with all of the toppings on one side. It didn’t get eaten.The onion rings on someone rises plate were Luke warm, not hot. Fries & chips, warm, over salted and didn’t get eaten.The poutine was the only meal that arrived warm & fresh.We decided to try this place BECAUSE it had only 1 star reviews- we hoped to leave a much better, positive review but that’s not the case here.
