Ordered the Mango Diamond Slush from this location the other day.
The store wasn’t too busy at that time.
There was more crushed ice in the drink than usual and the sweetness was a bit less as well but otherwise fine.
Service was quick.

You have 6 employees and no one can take my order for me, the tablet is dumb and slow this is what you pay people to do is to take orders. And you have a tip option like what service am i tipping for? I had 3 employees stare at me and not ask me anything expecting me to know to use the tablet. You should take the tablet away and take orders like service workers do. Obviously your going to replace employees with this tablet and i will stop coming here.

They cant handle the rush they have during peak hours. We ordered 4 drinks and none had the usual sweetness and taste theyre supposed to have. We had regular sugar too. Not coming to this location again.
I’ve always been a big fan of real fruit and have always experienced great customer service. Ever since they changed their kiosks, I haven’t been able to add extra sugar to my drinks nor have I been able to add the amount of tapioca I like. Because of this, I started ordering my drinks at the front so that they can manually adjust my drink to MY liking. In my opinion the tapioca is the best part of the drink and in all honesty, I go mostly for it lol. My go to order is a mango diamond slush with extra sugar, no mango chunks, and four times tapioca. Now, if I were to go to the front and ask for four tapiocas and they ALWAYS told me no, I would stop asking and just suffer with two, but each time I go, the staff have been extremely lovely and put in four times tapioca with no issues. Today when I went to get my drink the lady at the front was INCREDIBLY RUDE. it was like she was rushing me off which is an issue on its own but when I asked for four tapiocas, she so rudely told me I cannot put that much in my cup because the limit is two for a medium. When I explained to her that I’ve never had this issue before she ROLLED HER EYES AND AGGRESSIVELY input my order with an attitude. Not only was she rude, she also made my drink wrong by adding mango chucks when I asked her not to. I’ve never written a complaint before so imagine how rude she had to be for me to leave this review. This is completely unacceptable.
