Celebrating my daughter's 12th bday. Made reservations noting this and nothing was even mentioned. We had 2 ultimate feasts and my daughters shared crab dinner. Food was good but bill was over $200! Crazy

Had to go back to restaurant for new order. Second order was excellent! First order was not good. It was cold and lacking what was requested. Suggest calling restaurant directly when ordering takeout

Deplorable. Where to begin.

I don’t think I’ve experienced a sadder meal in the last 2 years. Completley ruined the mood of a special occasion. Not that it mattered to Red Lobster. When we were asked are we celebrating anything today? We got the biggest ho hum response I’ve ever seen.

Food lacked any semblance of seasoning. No salt. Nothing. Seriously. A 7 year old that was inspired by a Gordon Ramsay Tik Tok video could have produced something with a little more pizzazz than what we got.

Orders were incorrect to top it off. Only 3 people completed their meal out of this sad excuse of a dinner outing. When we expressed our displeasure with how the food was prepared we didn’t even get the courtesy of a manager popping out to address the situation. Just the servers apologizing. And for our troubles? $24 bucks off the meal. I suggest leadership attend The Keg for a night out. It’ll teach you a thing or two about hospitality.

But I’ll take my $24 dollars of savings and grab a filet-o-fish today. The big M can serve better fish than an establishment with a huge lobster on the logo. Never again.

SERVER DISRESPECTFUL to senior woman and daughter.
Red Lobster is my senior moms favourite place to eat but she doesn’t like going on her own so we decided to go as I was in town for a visit. She was very happy.
Shown to a table quickly. Server came with water pretty promptly and left just as quickly. Server returned to ask for drink order, easy, coffee and a Diet Coke. We waited about 10 minutes then server returned with buns and to say coffee was being freshly brewed. Lunch order was taken. We now had been at our table for at least 20 minutes and still no drink order.
Coffee arrived but no Diet Coke. Asked for it as it was forgotten. It’s usually not a big deal for me but it took so long just to get a basic drink from a server who was barely pleasant.
Lunch arrived and was very good.
Take out container was requested which was a clue to the server we were done our lunch. Server dropped it off and left. No offer of coffee refill, drink refill, dessert etc. If we were invisible we would have been treated better.
My mom needed to get outside so I waited for the bill to arrive. Server dropped the bill to me could see I was clearly holding my debit card ready to pay. She returned to a neighbouring table with the machine to pay, she turned and looked at me, finished with other table and turned around and left. Very disrespectful.
I went up to the server station and asked another server to help me. She was great and very pleasant.
If we return I will be sure not to sit in this servers area.

Our server was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly, was hot and delicious. We had the shrimp flatbread and the lobster lovers platter with lobster mac and lobster/shrimp linguine.

I think red lobster is underrated. The drinks were tasty, the food was tasty, fresh and fillings, and the service was good.

What a great experience at Oshawa Red Lobster! We took my father in-law for Sunday dinner and we were not disappointed. The service provided by Leah C was exceptional. We all had a shrimp dinner which was delicious and a glass of crisp, cold pinot grigio. The manager visited our table twice to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We will be back soon!

Unfortunately, the quality of this place has lower and it also has become more expensive. Even the place looks very run down, dusty and a little dirty. Food quality is just regular.

I have to commend our server named Jennifer. Her service was truly impeccable and comparable to high end restaurants that I have visited in downtown Toronto. I would ONLY come back to this location to be served by her again. Red lobster Oshawa is very lucky to have her.
