As a suburban guy I love red lobster at the worst of times. This was not one of those times. The food was hot, the vibes were immaculate and I ate my body weight in biscuits. Also, JenJennyJennifer was such an A+ server that it added as much to the meal as the fresh, buttery biscuits. 5/5.

Walked in for the bacon cheeseburger and red sangria along with a side of lobster and was very impressed with the quality of the cheeseburger and lobster and how delicious the sangria was. My server Lynn did such a wonderful job during the lunch hour/ helping me with everything I needed and making sure I was okay. And everyone else was wonderful. Hope this location stays around forever as I would recommend it. Also I hope Lynn and everyone else here thrives for many many years to come.

I’m quite disappointed about the service here.
It’s to do with the CYBERBOGO deal they have right now. This location, I believe has made up their own rules.
My mother and I had Intentionally, gone for lunch for the deal because on the fine print it says dine in only, not valid on takeout. We go to order and our server told us, “sorry, it’s buy one, get one to take home” which it doesn’t say that anywhere on the coupon details. And the server told we had to order one option. When we get our second, it has to be the exact same meal. Which red lobster even has replied to people on their Facebook saying no, you can mix and match and they take off the price of the lowest priced meal. NOT that it has to be the exact same. And NOWHERE, does it say it has to be taken home. Red lobster has even said it’s dine in only.
So because of this. I got to watch my mom eat, and then have mine 40 minutes later. Which, come on, that’s awful. Nobody would ever wanna experience that. I’m truly disappointed that this location is not keeping up too Red Lobsters words and standards. Do better, I will be going to a new location from now on.
