Our waitress took our order and brought us our drinks and appetizers. We never saw her again. A server brought our entrees which were very good. However, we were sat beside a table of 25 people who were in the middle of the restaurant and VERY NOISY. My husband had to take out his hearing aides and then we could have no conversation, but it would have been hard to communicate over the noise anyway. The noise was so loud I could not enjoy my meal and took it home - we asked to change tables from a passing waitress (not ours) but the restaurant was full. The manager finally came by and offered to find us another seat but we just asked for our bill, a take out box for my meal and paid. Our waitress finally showed up with the bill, looking for a tip of course, but she didn't get a very big one. She never checked on our meal or offered another drink. The bill was not cheap but if we went back again and were seated in the same situation, we would not stay - we would just walk out.

We had the Sailor's Boil (no sausage) - Cajun Butter sauce mixed in, and the Old Bay Butter on the side! Highly recommend it!
For the Kids Meals, we had the fried fish, popcorn shrimp, and Mac&Cheese which the kids enjoyed!
Will definitely be back!!

I just got Engaged over the weekend & my Fiancée & I celebrated our anniversary at Red Lobster Oshawa! My partner finished work at 9pm & we got there just after 9:30pm. My partner called & asked when this location closed on a Sunday & was told (by a new employee just learning everything) that the restaurant closes at 11pm. As we spoke with an employee ready to get seated, she told us they actually close at 10pm & that the kitchen is closing in 5 minutes…. But the very VERY nice employee said it’s not our fault & the new employee made a mistake over the phone call with my partner which is totally understandable being new on the job! We understood that but the nice lady still insisted to let us order dinner & a drink & to be seated. So we did just that. My partner & I felt really bad as workers there need to go home & clean up. But every employee we spoke to was extremely nice & welcoming & kept saying it’s okay it’s not our fault. When we finished our meal the manager gave us a 25% discount on our meal as you can see on the receipt & also gave us a free dessert… We finished & left just before 11pm a whole hour after their closing time & were not rushed at all. I’ve honestly never experienced such hospitality. The employees could’ve easily refused to serve us & could’ve said “sorry we close at 10 come another time”. But they all went above & beyond to make sure we were fed & got everything we needed. I’m still in shock how sweet & patient all the staff were to us. Thank you so much for letting my newly engaged Fiancée & I stay a hour after your restaurant closed! :)

Had the new Mariners Seafood Boil and OMG it was delicious. I heard it's for a limited time, however, keep it on the menu. It's like the most yummy thing I've ever eaten at Red Lobster...and I've been going there for 40 yrs now, since I was a kid. Keep it, but, less potatoes and more seafood. Service was good as well.
