Sincerely am disappointed with the order and resent it.My order was cold when it arrived.The crab was off tasting an and the portion does not equate to any of the items.This pls ace truly was a gem a long time ago and now has lost its touch.Boston pizza is by far more affordable and better seasoned and quality tasting.I mentioned to ubereats the meal was conceding and cold and so far there is no interest to help customer satisfaction.If I wasn’t pregnant and so curious to try out the quality after years of not having it. I wouldn’t have made this purchase.

They did not bring any biscuit to start. When our appetizers arrived they did not provide side plates. We asked for some and the waitress grabbed two dirty ones and gave it to us and disappeared. I took these to the front and asked for clean ones. No one ever came back for another 10 min. Will not recommend you go here. Oshawa has a bad reputation and places like this only support that rep.

I've been to many Red Lobsters in my day, but none have wowed me like the Oshawa location. The food was as delicious as always, but the service that we received is what really made this dinner experience enjoyable. The waitress we had was phenomenal and very alert to our needs. They accommodated us with our baby, by quickly finding a suitable place for us to sit. But most of all they made us feel welcome.I highly recommend this location for any lover of Red lobster.

Was there for my birthday dinner 7 of us and i ordered the 2 tails and shrimp linguine for like 60 bucks first one tail was super over cooked and chewy, I asked the manager for a new one and she brought it in like 3 minutes. I took one bite and noticed the texture of the tail it was still raw! They gave me another again and finally got it right. Was the last to eat my food on my birthday super disappointed. Not even a discount on the dish.Don’t think we will returning again and I love lobster so very disappointing.

I came here with my boyfriend for a casual dinner and the waitress was nice as first. She did not give us water (we had to remind her at the end of meal) but when I had addressed my concerns with the quantity of lobster that was in my pasta (it was just a tea spoon amount) she did not even apologize and said "that's how they measure it".I find it pretty ridiculous considering the dish was around $35.00. Near the end when we were about to pay for the bill, she did not ask us prior to how we wanted to pay, so we had asked if she can split the bill and she seemed irritated.Overall, not impressed with this location. Luckily this was just a casual dinner but I would never come back for a special occasion.
