Service was very slow. Our waitress was running the bar and serving our table of 14.we had to wait for service with gaps of a half hour.we had to go find her twice. My mother’s meal came after most of us had finished our meals. Had to find her to pay our bill. My fish was under cooked, you could taste the under cooked batter. She never asked how our meals were. We wont be back. Use to like this place.

I just witnessed one of the most embarassing and unprofessional things I have ever seen at an establishment. The restaurant hired a group of individuals to play classic rock for their patrons, and they were doing an excellent job. Who I assume is the manager shut this band down 4 songs in, no more than 20 minutes into their performance. When I asked why they were shut down, the “manager” gave me nothing but attitude, saying there were “reasons”. Unbelievable. These people wasted their time and hard earned money to haul all their gear to Fionn McCools, create a set, and play for their patrons, just to be EMBARASSED in front of all patrons and told to stop playing. These people were hired and invited in, just to be shooed away. I will not be back. If that’s how you’re treating hired performers, invited into your restaurant, I have no interest in supporting them.

There for a colleagues retirement celebration - One of the worst meals ever at a restaurant. There was WAY too much salt on and in my meal. Service was pretty slow even though there appeared to be enough staff and really not many patrons. Will not be back.

Both my wife and I ordered the fish and chips, and turned both servings back in...terrible..the fish was frozen...my wife's piece was rubbery and tough, my piece was soaking wet inside the batter as if it was just thawed out....the waitress was kind enough to at least understand, but I was very surprised nobody else, ie a manager came over to speak to us....we will not be going back!

Perfect night to go is Thursday! Two for the show was playing - and they’re amazing, the food was great (vegetarian options) and our server was so friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

The 'live' band were inside (2 piece with backing track). Were they playing Irish tunes? No just general rock (except 'You Sexy Thing' to which they didn't know the lyric. Far too noisy when the bar was 75% empty. Food, well I have to say my burger was possibly the worst I have ever encountered, cold and fatty fatty fatty. Couldn't get other reviews from family as couldn't hear a word to speak, although Vegan niece pulled a face at hers and that probably says it all! Serving me a single Bowmore nearly saved you, but overall this is a place I just couldn't wait to get out of and have absolutely no wish to return to.

We visited August 4th to see musical duo Two For The Show (excellent). They seemed unprepared for the crowd on a Thursday night. Service was very slow. The food was OK, the beer was OK as well. Nothing special. The manager didn't seen very friendly and I ordered a Bud and when I finished it at 6:50 p.m. I ordered another for $5 as per the special on the menu. Despite there being no time parameters on the menu, he said the special was only available from 7:00 p.m. and after (10 minutes early - really?). So I waited 10 minutes to order my second beer. With the apps being very average and quite expensive for entrees, we grabbed a quick McDonald's on the way home - LOL. Shooters were very good and reasonable at $5 each. Go for the music and the booze - just remember to order after 7!

We had a last minute get-together with our family (including 6 children under 12 yrs old) and the restaurant easily accommodating us for an early dinner! We loved the menu, including the Vegan Menu, as 4 of us are vegan and the kids menu too! Everyone loved their food! There was a wonderful variety of regular and vegan options. The staff were so friendly and understanding that we had a few little ones, that were energetic and they accommodated us during our time there. The service & food were great and we'll be back soon to enjoy again! Thank you!

Dont go here other than during early mornings as the service drops off dramatically from the seemingly untrained staff who do afternoons,and wknds are even worse. Drive the xtra distance to another McDonalds, youll be better off!

We were parked in a reserved spot, that was not indicated anywhere on this parking spot. My disabled grandma was berated by an employee, yelled at to move and insulted. Wound up being banned from said location because of horrible customer service and childish employees that throw temper tantrums. This location needs to either be shutdown or hire on a whole new staff, just disgraceful.

ordered a nuggets happy meal and one 6 nuggets meal payed 14.10 got home only 4 nuggets ince i usually get two happy meals is this right ? 14.10 ? and also i had asked for the 6 not 4 poor kid got 2 less

I've had nothing but problems with this South End Ritson Road McDonald's a month ago I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal I got home it into the bun no meat Patty unbelievable Kama now today I ordered double Big Mac meal pay de $9.05 get home and it's just a regular Big Mac not double Mac I won't go back to this one again if you do decide to chance it here check your order carefully
