Very. dry. meat. The green beans is good. But everything else is dry. The sesame doesn’t taste like sesame. The general tao doesn’t taste like general Tao.
If you had to order meat, the safest choice is sweet and sour. It’s not the best but it’s ok.
Sorry, after this experience, we will not be coming back to this place.

Service is fine but the food is bad. All of it is sooooo dry and the general Tao isn't real, it's just breaded chicken cooked in soy sauce. It was saltier than sea water. Beans were good though, nice and sweet with onions

Large portion, tastes amazing and the resturant is kept clean I ordered the vegetable soup, add shrimp dumpling if you want meat highly recommend

Very very bad experience. The food is good. I love Asian noodles. But their service in Oshawa Food gallery shocked me and my wife. We ordered beef noddles. We were eating so good we finished the soup first leaving other ingredients to finish. What shocked us is that when we came back to request for additional soup we were denied. We told the staff we are willing to pay more for the extra filling, we were denied. We begged but we were flatly denied. In all our experiences in other Asian Restaurants, being in Canada for more than 20 years they would gladly grant the request for free. But this particular restaurant even if you are willing to pay additional will be denied is simply unacceptable and does not reflect any amount of logic and courtesy and customer service. I hope this review reaches the management of the restaurant if they care about customers at all.

Far different from the one at Scarborough Town Centre, Eaton Centre and Yorkdale Mall. The Bang Bang Chicken was not spicy and they did not have flat noodles. Very bland and not worth the price. Won’t be eating there again.

Can you tell me why a 1 item combo costs 50% more here than Shanghai 360 in downtown Toronto ? Under 10 dollars dt and almost 15 here in Oshawa

Compare to the Shanghai 360 in my hometown, this one is a downgrade. Tried their general tao chicken which is usually sweet and spicy, but instead tasted sour and burnt. No apology when I came back to complain about it. I did get an exchange though with their Sweet and sour. Only thing they got they actually give good portion

What a disappointment and waste of money that was I’ve been going to Shanghai 360s for years just moved to the area went and got some for me the wife and kids not 1 good thing I can say everything I mean everything from chicken to noodles to rice was hard as a rock. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!! Wasted 60$
