Shanghai 360 is usually my go to at the food court, but what I had today made me feel abit sick didn't taste as good as usual.

What a disappointment and waste of money that was I’ve been going to Shanghai 360s for years just moved to the area went and got some for me the wife and kids not 1 good thing I can say everything I mean everything from chicken to noodles to rice was hard as a rock. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!! Wasted 60$

This place should shutdown or let other people to run it. Good reputation down the drain with current two employees running it and yes occasionally three. The cook leaves work at 4:30 pm when mall does not close until 6 pm on Sunday. No way how to do business. Terrible. 😞

I would give 0 stars is there was an option to . First of all, I paid $15 for Combo 1, which comes with one item and rice. That’s ridiculous. Second of all, the box came half full. Barely and rice, or chicken. The chicken was dry and barely chewable. I don’t think anything here is fresh. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Occasionally I come here, definitely a hit or miss place. You end up paying atleast 20$, and the lady has always given me the bits and pieces of the breading but no chicken.. I ask for the better pieces anyways ‘cause I’m not paying 20-25$ for just rice and crums.. would be better to go to the other place in the mall, or perhaps a totally different location.
