Food is really tasty, we ordered beef and chicken wrap , veggies, tahini and garlic sauce. One wrap can be shared by two, that’s how big the serving is! Staff is very friendly, and the place is clean! Overall, it’s a great food journey!

I rarely provide reviews any more dur to disappointment with the food quality or service. I made a Uber order last night in which the driver left behind part of our order. I called Shawarma 401 right away and was shocked with the impeccable customer service I received immediately over the phone. Full acknowledgment and transparency as to what had occured along with steps how to obtain the balance of my delivery order right away. My order arrived within 15 minutes, with extras that were much appreciated along with a hand written apology. This reinforces to me Shawarma401 cares for their customers and takes pride in their service to the community. Thank you Shawarma401 for making it right as this has become a lost way with many local businesses.
