Been a regular customer for a couple of months everything was FANTASTIC until today. Yesterday went in ordered every thing fine until it came to the potatoes two small containers filled one for me then one for my male child. The second one was immediately dumped back I to the tray and the guy says I'm gonna make him new ones. Ok didn't think much about till my son said why did d go only dump one back why isn't he making new for you.? I said it should be fine. We live 5 minutes away we got home he got nice hot potatoes while I had Luke warmish. Today we decided too go with my husband . I decided to not get a wrap and get the chicken on the mountain. Husband and sons wraps made first. No problem makes sense then my order potatoes and chicken. Then my order is shoved a side and the guy tells my husband he is gonna make them fresh potatoes so 8-10 mins. Now I'm thinkg wtf. So we get home my dinner is cold. Potatoes and chicken so it was thrown in the garbage. I will not return to in-store but I will happily have my husband pick me up one. The food can't be beat. Yes the owner has reached out, however I declined to meet with him . I am still upset and hurt with how I was treated. This will not stop me from eating the delicious shawarmas and potatoes tho.

Where do I begin? The food tastes like cardboard and the service is laughable. The portions went downhill and they are becoming more stingy. The garlic sauce and hummus don’t have any flavour and the beef is always minimal and burnt. In the comments the owners don’t do anything to solve the problems they see but give performative answers with no solutions or ways to make it up to their customers. The environment inside the restaurant is sleezy and gross. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I ordered Chicken Shawarma on Rocks and it was absolutely delicious. The spicy garlic sauce and fresh toppings were a hit. Aman, the amazing guy who made it, really knew his stuff. He even gave me an extra Baklava for my birthday.
