It was the first time to go there, my daughter, my friend and me. It was fantastic. I was impressed. The service was more than excellent, the food delicious. Perfectly prepared. Got all my questions answered and learned something new too. Who knew about black cod. Not blackened but the type of fish. Even got to talk to the chef who came out. It was a wonderful and delicious experience. We will definitely be back.

Had dinner here lastnight and all I can say is wow!!! Amazing night, amazing staff. Had a lot of fun with our waitress, she was amazing. The chef came to our table to chat and make sure all was good. Of course all was good it was amazing! Even the owner came to our table to chat!! What a friendly staff you have their!! We'll done! 5 plus plus 🌟 's. I would highly recommend Shrimp cocktail!

Hit up the Shrimp after a few years out of town and it was awful! The prices are way to high, the place is outdated. They need a serious upgrade before they lose this spot, it was hard to see how rough it was.

We visited Shrimp Cocktail in Oshawa and enjoyed a really nice meal. The seafood linguine and chicken linguine were flavorful, filling, and well-prepared. The star of the night was the ahi tuna tacos, fresh and delicious, though the portion size could have been bigger for the price.
Overall, the food quality is excellent and the service was friendly. Prices are on the higher side, but the taste and presentation mostly justify it. If you’re looking for a special night out or a solid seafood option in Oshawa, this spot is worth trying

We have celebrated birthday here and it was one of the top restaurants we have been in the past!! The food is top notch from presentation, quality to the flavours. The owner, the waitress and the chef were all extremely kind, added personal touches and it was such a wonderful atmosphere and service. We have had there oysters many times over the last few years and the large ones are absolutely delicious, fresh and perfect! Always excellent quality (even during COVID when we used to order takeout). The octopus and lamb were tender, flavourful and cooked to perfection. Oh and their baby changing room was fully equipment home experience from diapers to wipes to comfy cushions. Again we cannot recommend Shrimp Cocktail enough and will definitely be back many times! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!
