Amazing food, great portions, quick service, and very nice staff. Love the spice!
I’ve always wanted to have accessible pakistani/indian food in Durham, and finallyyyyy found this place. My husband and I love it. It’s our go to. Definitely recommend!! Especially their cheese naan and paneer.
Food was delicious and staff was super friendly. Will definitely be going back!!
Horrible food. Never ordering from here ever again. Wanted to try something new on a relaxed Friday evening. Tried a chicken curry, 2 veg gravies and garlic naan. The naan was frozen naan reheated and sent. The kofta curry was balls of bread deepfried and put into a gravy of apple and pineapple(yeah!), and the chilly paneer was just chilly powder.
Ew. butter chicken was sweet. Not my thing...I was hoping for savory???
This place is very underrated tbh ,,The food was soo amazing
Amazing yet underrated indian restaurant. I tried after one of my friend suggested, and thats turned out to be a great dinner, having butter chicken in main.
Keep up the good, guys. You are doing great.
Food was great. Service was fast. Family ordered 3 curries for takeout but when we got home we found a hair in one curry and what appeared to be a metal fibre from a scrubber (?) in another. Pretty disappointing as the food was honestly otherwise enjoyable but I would not want to go back after what we found.
The spice and flavour of the food here is great, especially the garlic naan it was incredible. Moving here from downtown Toronto it was difficult to find a spot with authentic quality flavors until here. We would be regulars if they would simply provide bigger containers for the curry/gravies for takeout, as it's not pleasant and extremely messy opening them due to being so full (see photo attached). Not complaining about the portions, simply wish you would consider a normal size container like is provided by other Indian food spots, to reduce the mess and struggle to get the container open, as the heat and being so full creates a seal making it impossible without a massive mess.
01/11/25 had a great experience. Ordered the goat vinladoo with some samosa. Goat was tender and juicy with a bit of spice but nothing to crazy. The samosa were hot and fresh seasoned beautifully inside. Finally the green chili sauce is a must grab goes great with the flavours of other dishes and adds a great kick. Definitely going back food was hot and fresh.

My Indian boyfriend took me for my birthday Jan 1 and everything was delicious. We ordered spicy but still needed to ask for extra red chili and it was brought out promptly. There was only one server working that night and she was swamped with ubereats pick ups and apologied about the wait (we didn't really mind). She had given us an order of pakoda on the house to make up for the wait. It is beautifully decorated inside and comfortable tables. Lots of vegetarian options that are clearly marked on the menu.
Delicious Food.
Portion sizes have gotten smaller and prices went up.
I have no problem paying for good food, when you charge that much for the small takeout container and don't even want to toss in cheap plain rice on the side you're just taking advantage of people.
When they were the only decent Indian place in Oshawa it would have worked but now there's so much more competition that you have options.
We had beef vindaloo, butter chicken and chana masala. Our waitress was very nice. Food was great.
This quaint little restaurant is well worth checking out. The food was very good, and service was great. We love spicy, and chose the heat level above "Canadian Spicy". Next time, we will go "Indian Spicy".
