IT WAS COMPLETELY THE MOST DISGUSTING PIZZA I’VE EVER ORDERED. UNREAL. I even spoke to the owner Bhin , who admitted his quality is lacking but he’s trying to make money as a “ business owner” and would not issue a refund. He was the most unprofessional, rude and entitled person I spoke to. It is a shame that people like this own franchises that used to be so good. Shame on you, Bhin. If your business is failing you deserve all that coming to you. You stole $75 from me. I will be passing this on to the Better Business Bureau as well as Dine safe, since you serve under cooked food.

i used to love square boy. this pizza was beyond terrible. it was inedible. it was entirely raw and our party couldn’t eat it after waiting hours for our delivery. the owner was then beyond rude. when we called to complain he said “whats one more bad review?” and refused to refund because “its not the best quality but thats part of running a franchise.” he then called my phone AGAIN against my consent telling me to “watch my tone” because i complained about my $70 pizza being raw.

I've tried a lot of pizza in my life time. 😅 I feel a good pizza is completely subjective. Some people prefer thin crust, thick crust, extra saucy , toppings on top of the cheese or toppings underneath. So many variables.

So when I see hit or miss reviews I don't necessarily let it deter me, from giving a spot a try.
This was my very first time trying Square Boy. They have multiple locations. Jenny was an absolute sweetheart and helped me navigate the menu.
I love that you can choose from Original, Garlic or Parmesan Crust at NO Extra cost . The dough itself is a denser dough compared to other places.

🍕 Square Pizza Red Onion, Spinach, Hot Pepper, Beef, Pepperoni
The wings and wedges are both oven baked which is a huge plus when choosing take out.
I brought some pizza to work and my coworkers all loved it . (The panzerotti was the first to be inhaled ) Their sauces were all delicious. I loved the creamy garlic.
Next time I'll have to try the bigfoot pizza. It's 28 Slices for $27.99

Ordered pizza for my grandkids and family whom I don't see often. We all love pizza. We spent about $55, as a senior on a fixed income, that adds up. The pizza we got was inedible. We have ordered from Square Boy previously and never had an issue but this was beyond unacceptable and when we called that evening, they wouldn't send a replacement. Just lost our patronage.
We’ve been ordering pizza from the Simcoe Street (Oshawa) location for about a year and have always had great experiences—until now. We ordered a Bigfoot Grand for delivery at 4:15. After waiting and calling to see where it was, it finally arrived at 4:55. Unfortunately, the quality was just as disappointing as the delay. The pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and bacon, and half with additional toppings. There was barely any bacon at all, and the toppings were so sparse that it was hard to tell which half was which. The cheese was so thin you could see the dough underneath. Given how consistently good this location has been in the past, this was a real letdown. It feels like something has changed—possibly new management. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be ordering from this location again.

We had a birthday party for family and friends for our 13 year old grandaughter. It took over 2 hours for the pizza to arrive but the party people had left hungry... SHAME ON YOU SQUARE BOY AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO SEE WHEN THE PIZZA WOULD ARRIVE. YOU AND THE DRIVER NOT EXPLAINING WHY AND NO OPTIONS...SHAMFULL AGAIN
