I came in for some late night miller lattes and had a great time. One of the many reasons was my bartender Alana. She was so attentive and never had to wait for a drink. She had unreal drink recommendations and was so friendly. She 100% made my stay most definitely memorable, will be back !

Humiliating experience today. If the owner sees this please take a note it was a lady who was serving us on Tuesday 11th November 2025 at 8 pm. I came with my family we are 6 people and in which my parents were also present. We ordered 4 unlimited wings and one spinach dip initially waitress told us that we cannot share it and wanted us to order unlimited for 2 more. Knowing my parents wont eat much i still ordered respecting the store policy. We spent 200 cad and as my parents coupdnt complete their second round i asked for a take out box and was not given one even though her manager told her to give a box. Like they are gonna throw any way and still she refused to give the box. This is not write u cannot look at customer cheaply and rudely after spending 200 cad bill. Amazing place for food but all I remember is this experience. Ecspecially plant-based wings are my favorite. Owner please take a note of it. I came all the way from scarnrough not for this.

I visited this restaurant about a month ago with friends under the impression that it was offering an all-you-can-eat wings promotion. Upon being seated, I asked our server to confirm if the promotion was available. She wasn’t sure and took our drink orders in the meantime. I ordered a Coke but reminded her to please confirm with her manager, as the promotion was the only reason we chose to dine there.
When she returned, she placed the drink on the table and informed us that the promotion was not available. I explained that we would be leaving, but she stated that I would still need to pay for the Coke since it had been served. Although I hadn’t touched it, I agreed to pay. However, while I was paying, the busser cleared the drink behind my back and threw it out. When I insisted for my drink back and for it to be poured into a takeout cup, I was told that the restaurant “does not offer soft drinks for takeout.” I asked for an explanation and the manager doubled down saying there is nothing he can do about it. I found this policy and overall handling of the situation extremely disappointing. I had paid for a drink I never consumed and was refused a reasonable request to take it with me. I would would leave to hear the justification and rationale behind this unreasonable policy from the owner. Horrible customer service.

Every time I order from this branch I’m surprised by how stingy they are with the sauce
No matter how many times I ask them to add enough the wings still arrive dry!
Even the fries are served without any sauce on the side like ketchup or anything
The portions are smaller compared to other locations too
Overall I haven’t had a positive experience with their food
Their customer service is good but the kitchen really needs some proper training

Great atmosphere, service, especially from a bartender named Alana. She is very personable and extremely conscientious with her duties as a bartender, quick to pick up one’s order, serve drinks, etc. 5/5 service.
