I saw the tall blonde cashier kiss 2 different guys on her shift while outside having smokes! I’m big on customer service but this was next level

I went here with a group of colleague's 4 times over the past week as we were participating in a nearby basketball tournament.

The food was fine each night but the service got progressively worse.

It culminated with waiting over an hour for our drinks last night. My food order was incorrect so that took another 25 minutes.

To top it off...we waited 90 minutes for 25 shots of vodka! It wasn't even like there was mixing involved.

The ONE server they had on was overwhelmed and frustrated.

I could tell she was getting little to no help from her manager.

A restaurant with one FOH staff working on a Saturday night clearly doesn't care about their customers.

We ordered via Uber so cannot comment on the service or atmosphere. Shocking bad. The fries are okay but other than that, just shocking bad. Second time ordering here. First time it was just okay, the Sweet Jesus Ice Cream was disgusting, ice chippy, tastes like crap etc. Until today I thought - it happens. Ordered today, food was not even okay - it was shockingly bad and the Sweet Jesus Cheesecake is disgusting. Won't make this mistake again.

This is the worst St Louis location in Oshawa. Don’t ever visit this place. I ordered at 8.45 and got my food at 9.30. The food was cold and I think the server just forgot about it. There was no sauce on the wings and fries were cold. The restaurant only had like couple tables and wasn’t that busy. No excuse for terrible service. Will never go back to this location. It’s run by some careless people.

I really enjoy the atmosphere, the friendly people, and the food at St. Louis on Simcoe. I had the salmon, and it was absolutely delicious and flavorful. Their fries are always a favorite of mine — perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. My all-time favorite combo here is the fries and wings. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great food and a welcoming vibe!

Amanda is the best keeps her bar super clean friendly and not bad on the eyes

Delicious salad with chicken, feta, quinoa and yummy veggies. And hamburger and fries. Amanda is an amazing waitress, friendly, helpful and on top of things with pop refills, dietary restrictions,, etc.

Came in at 10:50-11pm with my friend. Ordered an iced tea and a strawberry daiquiri and each of us ordered two sliders (appetizers). At 11:45 the waitress came back to our table and when we said we were waiting for food she said we didn’t order any and then realized she never even put it in the kitchen. Sat for almost an hour and 15 minutes before close didn’t get anything to eat. The service usually takes long here but this is absolutely ridiculous. Will never be coming back. Too busy chatting with the table of men beside us to even realize we sat for about an hour with nothing. Now it’s too late to go anywhere except McDonald’s.

Girl working at 6:49 today denied me picking up my uber order because I did not have a thermal bag even though i was only going 1 km away to deliver it. I had a replacement bag which she also denied. Terrible service very dissapointed

Best thing here is the fries- sorry not sorry.

Ordered 2lb of wings - got 17 in total.
Spent around $37 via uber eats.
The wings looked darker at home than at the restaurant, hoping it was the lighting. Idk wasn’t overly impressed with what I was served

and one flat was undercooked almost raw in the middle (which almost seems impossible because of how dark/ cooked the wings look)

Mississippi BBQ sauce is the bomb.
