The customer service I experienced was the worst I've ever encountered in my entire life. The music was terrible, and the karaoke was the worst I've ever heard, it was just one person from the staff. We were forced to leave abruptly because they wanted to close an hour earlier, and the waitress spoke to us in a very unpleasant tone. I will never return again.

Ordered 4lbs of wings and fries for delivery. Wings came with feathers still on them. Gross!!!!! No veggies for delivery. What a ripoff. I had to go back to restaurant to exchange my wings. Terrible experience but have to say manager working that night made it right.

Came here a few months ago with my boyfriend and sister we placed an order for pick up and decided to stay for a few drinks. The service here was absolutely TERRIBLE! It was about 11pm when we walked in and we went to sit by the bar. The bar was pretty much full so we understood the lady was busy, (it was also dirty but it was the only available seat at the bar) about 10 mins go by and no one comes to service us, I get up walk over to waiter and told her we are here for a pick up order and asked if we could get some service and if she could clean the bar, she rolls her eyes and then proceeds to my group and asks them our order and cleans table. We order 2 shots each and got our food. We forgot to order some juice along with the shots, we try to get her attention and we get completely ignored. I get up and walk over to her again, ask her for juice. I see it is now last call, so I ask for a round of beers for my group. The bartender tells me we cannot order more than 2 oz…. and it’s last call so we will not be served. Shortly after that, she goes to 3 tables and serves them all beer AFTER last call. I go to ask her why weren’t served and she tells us she does not have to serve us if she doesn’t want too. No one from my group was inebriated before entering this establishment, we took an Uber there(we came there for drinks so no one was driving). We were denied service, simply because the lady did not want to serve us. She was rude the minute we walked in. & I’ve never been to a bar where you cannot order more than a double! There is 3.75 oz in a Long Island iced tea alone! There is great location 10 mins up the road, south Oshawa and I’d rather spend a little extra money and time going there, then come to this location right by my house.

Have always liked st louis bar and grill. They are my favorite place to go for
So frustrating I should’ve known to check my bag before I left because this is my third time going there and my order being messed up. I got 10 piece honey Cajun and ask for extra extra sauce and they are dry and have no honey and barely any seasoning.none of the dipping sauce that was asked for was put in the bag either.

We were a table of 4 went in at about 8:15pm 2-25-2024, ordered the mozza sticks, cauliflower and nachos for appetizers. The nachos were dry, topped very sad, cauliflower had almost no sauce and mostly crumbles. 3 of us had the canadian burger platter and the other had the garlic dill chicken. We all left half of our plates, which is odd. The food was simply terrible. The prep was disgusting, the toppings were almost void and overall the worst hands down quality. It is 730am next day at time of writing this, I am one of 3 that have been violently sick since 1am. Absolutely infuriated and if I could take some other course of action and make it worth our time, I would. I definitely would like to stop payment for this visit. The service provided by our waitress was fine, but everything else was horrible. Simply a nightmare.

Food came out hot and tasted great. Our server was awesome and even gave us $5 off coupons to come back. We showed up 30ins before last call with 12 people and they still treated us well. Highly recommend the wings and fries with their dill sauce.Vegetarian options: They have great tasting plant based wings and plenty of parking.
